Bought a case of cat food. Got home and opened it - oddly it was taped with packaging tape at one end, which I didn't notice in the store. Turned out 5 cans of food were missing! Cans were arranged in way that there was no movement. Could have been a customer or an employee?!?
Drew was outstanding in service. He has a great disposition. He worked very well with my down syndrome son and I. Thank you Sir Drew for helping us.
I go here a lot and I have to say that they need a whole new crew working there. The stay seemed “burned out”, they don’t know where anything is, and if it’s a tool or paint, forget it. No one is EVER in the tool or even the sports section. I literally had to get on the intercom to call for someone to come to sporting goods 3 times before someone from toys came over looking confused. At least he tried to help. The staff with the keys to open the things that are locked up are the most difficult to find and don’t come to their department no matter how much they are being called on. It’s frustrating as a woman to go in the tool department looking for a tool I need to sand my deck and no one is in sight. I was waiting nearly an hour even going up to the front and asking not once but twice if I could get some help. Needless to say no one showed up. What was funny though is if you are in the tool section to long or in the store period for longer than 20 minutes, you seem to grow a follower. You get followed around the store, and what I find the most interesting is they follower security doesn’t even try to offer any kind of help. In my opinion they need to get people who actually work and help those who need help so that we can get what we want and be on our way instead of sending the security to follow innocent people around making them feel uncomfortable.
This is a long review, be warned. We parked our RV camper at 3:10pm and closed curtains and put up the sun shade. We were quickly confronted by a security guard named Mr. Amad who aggressively told us we could not park overnight I stress that it was 3:10pm. We explained that we were closing curtains and putting up our sun shade to keep our bus cooler for our cats, and he immediately accused us of lying and said that he saw that we had two children in there ??? We don't??. He then went on to state that if we were parked in their parking lot for over an hour, he would ticket us. He then suggested that we go to the Target down the street, this parking lot is only for Walmart customers. There are a few things wrong with this in my eyes. First of all, he profiled us strongly and accused us of lying multiple times over negligible things. Secondly, we genuinely were going to shop in the Walmart and have another place picked out to sleep at, and his anger and accusations of lying made us feel unsafe to spend any more time at this location. Thirdly, more for the Walmart's sake, he was actively telling people to shop at a competitor. Additionally, we often take our time shopping, and especially if we are doing a big grocery run we would take longer than an hour. Obviously this would be a problem if we had quickly slipped into the store, as he wouldn't have had time to tell us this fact and we would've received a ticket. It also didn't seem that he was checking on any other type of vehicle, only large camper-esque vehicles and 5th wheels. I can't speak to the quality of the inside of the store because I never did go in. I'm not going to give money to an establishment that endorses harassment of people based on the vehicle they drive. The picture is of the security car company that harassed us, and you can see all of the open spots around them. We were even further away from the store, so we weren't affecting people's ability to park. We have been asked to move from parking lots before, but Mr. Amad spoke to us with such distain, anger, and belittlement that we decided we wouldn't give this Walmart money. We went to the Target that he suggested instead, it is just a mile down the street.
Don’t go here, just don’t. Find a different Walmart at least 50 miles away from this one because the ones in this vicinity have their own reasons. This one in particular is depressing, no one around when you need help, and when spent to much time in the store like 20 min. You end up having followers security . I’m sure they are there to protect us…. But don’t take my word for it…
Went into the store to buy a couple of work shirts, and everything was behind locked cabinets. They said there was a lot of thieving and the courtesy clerks would have to walk the shirts up to the register and then after I paid for them then I would be allowed to touch them. They were $6.00 shirts. Wanted to buy 2 of them. The lady told me if I didn't like it I should shop on AmaO
Crowded! First time here. My cashier was so rude. Instead of folding my clothes into the bag she just shoved everything into the bags. Tried to make pleasant small talk trying to brighten her day. She wouldn't hv none of it. Didn't respond like I wasn't there. If I come back I'll just fins a more pleasant cashier.
The workers are nice, but the windows are filthy. As a window cleaner, I am insulted just walking by it, let alone shopping there. Avoid shopping there between 2-6pm because the lines are too long. Tell them to clean their windows, please
Ok, it's Walmart so I know not to set my expectations too high, but the staff here gave up on this store. The place was dirty, candy on the floor by the register I watched a manager walk around it, coffee cups and food items left on a shelf in cosmetics, and what was with the dog walking around and barking at people in the store? I saw more than one person walking around eating food, and thought to myself, "I wonder if they didn't jyst grab a can of Pringles, open it and start eating like it was the thing to do?" This place is tragic, it looks like no one really is trying. Grab a cart from the parking lot, because none are up front.
Today I went into the store in Rohnert Park, CA. I did self check out and watched people walk past the guy asking for receipts and he didn’t even bother with them but he was rude to me asking for a receipt which I declined. This happens to me every time I come to this store being a larger Latino guy. They guy started yelling at me and being extremely rude and since I was with my family to avoid conflict I didn’t even say anything to the guy and just walked out. It’s not a legal requirement to show a receipt in the first place and they shouldn’t act like every Hispanic that goes in to the store is a thief and require to show a receipt. This is the reason i hardly ever walk into a Walmart anymore.
