I normally do pick up grocery. Every time I place an order I am either missing items or my bread is smashed or I cannot ask for a different replacement when I call the store and ask to speak with a manager she tells me there’s nothing she can do that. I need to call the one 800 number, I have not even picked up my groceries yet. Last time they substituted the coffee they didn’t have for another one that was another brand and I was completely fine with it. I asked her if she could do the same thing that they did last time she said they could not . Calling the store for the past 35 minutes. I finally got in touch with someone who answered horrible customer service, especially coming from a manager so if you’re going to do your Walmart Pickup, I would choose a different store.
Why do you people have no cashier's on the Saturday before Easter? The only registers open are 8&9 while the other 7 sit closed. Just demolish the old school registers and put more shelf checkout in, we know you are never going to get people on the empty ones. The line for shelf check goes all the way past produce.
I ordered groceries. I checked in and went to the store. They have 10 pickup parking spots. I waited 45 minutes before finally had enough of waiting and flagged somebody down. As I'm trying to figure out what's going on another employee comes out and starts yelling at the person trying to help me and procedes to tell him not to listen to me and to just go do something else. So now I'm talking to another employee and asking her what's going on. She tells me that I never checked in. Obviously she needs more training. The system will not let you select a parking spot without first checking it. Not to mention but when she is steadily running past me for an hour wouldn't you think you should stop and see why that vehicle is in that spot for so long. It's a designated pickup spot. Such bad service
Online pick up is supposed to be quick, but it takes 45 min to receive items and everyone including myself is angry! When asked why it takes so long apparently some items were never shopped for! Some people items were lost! I want to know who is the supervisor because training is a HUGE problem! When I called to notify corporate I spoke to a lady and explained the entire issue! She told me she would transfer me to a supervisor! When transferred, it was just to another person and she seemed shocked that I asked for her title and full name Andrea and to speak with a supervisor! She REFUSED to transfer me without me giving my personal information to her, but she refused to provide her full name and employment with the company! Why should anyone provide their personal information if they can’t even identify themselves or their employment status in the company! Unprofessional and unacceptable! Someone up top needs to get their ducks in order!
Curbside pickup is life changing! No longer have time shopping. Makes my life easier. I can even order for my mother, who lives 3 hrs away, and have someone pick up for her. She does not drive!.
I was very pleased at this Walmart. The service was happy to assist me in any way. Also vegetables and the fruit area was nice and fresh. Products was on shelves not out of products. I recommend this store. Thank you, Christian Schultz
DO not get zero water filters here. Second time in a row that I’ve gotten them opened and used! And you can tell they were returned and stickers led over. I tested the one in at 50!! I hope they can make this right.
Shady and not because of trees.. Only one main entrance. Pallets of stuff in isles… one car at a time and battling employees shopping for online orders and not even caring about a person shopping. Recommend going somewhere else… I will
I feel like I'm here all the time bcuz it's did cost to my home. The associates are always so helpful in helping to find what I'm looking for. **The biggest problem is Walmart hiring folks who can't speak English!
I haven't been here in a month or 2, came to gran some stuff obky Walmart carries, and my god. 10 minutes of walking around, and my face is breaking out in hives and my eyes and nose are watery and itchy. It's like the aur ducts and shelving haven't been cleaned in ages. Dust was floating freely all over. I wish they'd keep it clean like they did during covid peak. Or even look at target and take some cleaning tips from them. Do better walmart lol
