I arrived at 10:49 pm to run in and grab one item. The rent a cop stated they don't let anyone in after 10:45 pm. There's no sign stating that anywhere, and the rent a cop told me to call the police about it. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. I own multiple businesses and if he worked for me, he would be fired on the spot. Wal-mart, do better!
Today was 90 degrees out and I came into Walmart on Altamont ave to purchase a new battery at auto care unfortunately it was close early today so I still purchase a battery I got the wrong size so I went to customer service at first I ask for refund then a great gentleman name Brandon heard what day I had and said no I want to help you where’s your car located and he also had a gentleman Alex assist him I appreciate the two great employees it was hot and humid and they handle my problem with they helping hands and really didn’t have too they really is Walmart team they deserve a raise and employee of the month great job guys keep up the good work I’m come to you guys store just to shop due to such great customer service thank you Walmart
The Experience At The Vision Center Inside Walmart Was Fantastic! The Manager, Lou & The Team Are Very Professional. While Here We Experienced Top Notch Customer Service. They Performed A Minor Adjustment To A Pair Of Glasses Within Minutes...The Pair Of Glasses Never Looked Or Felt Better....Would Recommend The Team In The Vision Center To Others! Hope To See This Team Again, Soon!
Found exactly what I needed, but the parking lot was riddled with litter. Walmart employs a greeter who typically can be found socializing with someone instead of greeting. How about sending them out for trash cleanup?! I bet you can even find one of those grip things in store, so the employee can do the task ergonomically.
Lost my wallet here and went back to see if anyone picked it up. I was told no. A few days later my card is being used at this same exact wal mart. Common sense would tell me if someone else found it they would use it else where but it’s like a wal mart employee kept my wallet and used it to see if it would be approved or not. Not cool.
I got asked to see my receipt for a bag of hamburger rolls and a $20 lunch cooler. Meanwhile an employee in the back was caught with a backpack he stuffed and was trying "to go on break" Don't continue to harass paying customers when most SHRINK is from employees walking out the door unchecked.
Clean store, competitive prices and a mostly generic walmart experience. You won't be disappointed coming to this location unless looking for sharp camping accouterments like pocket knives, machetes, or Hatchets don't ask me why I know this little tidbit. Also would it kill you to make sure some of the tools got restocked like the wood chisels?! Staff is sparse as is the par for the course for walmart these days, however I will have you know there were more people-run checkout lanes than do-it-yourself lanes. So that's points in MY book! Bring your own bags if you can't afford to buy the reusable ones offered at 1 or 2 dollars at checkout; new york surprised me on that once and I won't be caught dragging a cart full of loose groceries to my car again!. Nice job walmart!
STOP HIRING GUYANESE PEOPLE!! They are RUINING your business with their BAD attitudes. Customer service here is RUDE to customers and even their own employees. It’s so sad to see a beautiful culture being ruined by a few who all work in the same place with the same BAD ATTITUDE.
I had a slight issue when I ordered a no pull dog harness I ordered a small medium dog and all they sent me was a small-sized harness which wouldn't even fit through her head so I took it back to the store and they told me that they would send me the medium one but I got the same thing I got in the first but I got a different kind of harness for her at the store. They refunded me the money that I paid for it at the end of the day it only cost me an extra $5 to get the right size for my dog at the store
I went into Wal-Mart and my only issue was that the girl at Self-Checkout was inquiring as to where I got my bucket that clearly says "Lowe's" on it from. With her being that blind, you have to wonder how much else she is letting slip by her. Could be half of the store!
