Visited on a Friday evening, I took the bus from New York and it dropped me off a few mins walk from Walmart. The store was super crowded but it was also well stocked, I was able to comfortably find things I needed. The fruit and vegetable section was very fresh. I will definitely visit more often. My only complaint is that there was barely any cashiers at the check out! It took a while to get checked out.
Visited here on the weekend..... Not crowded.... All daily needs available..... If u want to buy apple products or smart watches.... They will ask you for online order Overall a good experience.... All needs available under a single roof
My visit here turned out wonderful. My son ordered a phone online, I went to pick it up & for whatever reason it didn't go through. So I had to go into the store to electronics and an associate couldn't find it. But SANTOS did !!! So happy I was, Santos is a soft spoken gentleman, very attentive, polite and overall a great employee. Thank you Walmart for employing a terrific gentleman.and Thank You Santos for providing your wonderful service. 5
Walmart in seacacus was redesigned by a former government engineer. 2 lines regardless of self service or cashier. Half the self service registers not open? 2 cashiers.
This Walmart is the best managed Walmart I've ever been too. And I've been to a lot of them. Plenty of employees. So if you have a question you'll quickly find someone to help. Even the shopping carts are well maintained. So you won't have to try different ones, to find one which rolls easily. Only negative, some items you'll look for will be out of stock.
The customer service at Walmart Supercenter is truly top-notch. The friendly and helpful staff members are always ready to assist and guide you, making your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I was disappointed that the floor associates did not speak or understand English and trying to get assistance was very challenging. I went to the service area and they were to busy engaging in personal conversation in Spanish they just ignored me. I used self check out but the person there did not have a clue as to what I needed because of a reading on the scanner. I wanted lunch, but I had to encounter another non-english speaking person who i asked to change her gloves because of cross contamination. Noooo, it was a pretty bad experience.
A fairly decent Walmart with basically everything under one roof, I almost always find what I'm looking for, I do recommend going on the website to check for merchandise availability first . I only shop here on weekdays, mid-morning and the vibe is usually easy going. Not sure about the weekends or holidays. If leaving from NYC, the NJ TRANSIT Bus# 320 from Port Authority Bus Terminal is the easiest way to get to here - round trip is $8.50. The ride is pretty quick less than 30 minutes depending on traffic . The bus stops in the parking lot of Sam's Club / Walmart at the far end and it's less than a 2 minute walk to the Walmart Entrance. *Let the driver know when boarding that you want to get off at Walmart OR make sure to ring the bell in time because this is a "Request Only Stop" and they will pass it.* Happy Shopping :- . * I was told this information by a NJ TRANSIT driver recently. *
Nice visit when you are from Europe and like sweets and candy
Nice shopping experience and self checkout staff were very helpful. Thanks for making nice shopping memories. Also, we do have McDonald's, too, which will take care of longtime shoppers' appetite.
