Nice and beautiful store , the mall area is also really nice . Lot of variety to pick from , customer representatives were really helpful and know where things were. Each sections was layered out neat , you could easily find the sizes in the right place and the sections labeled where in correct places . They also have a nice home decor /kitchen /seasonal and bedding with great deals
I went over the weekend and I was having an issue with my return. One of the managers, Christine, helped me. Christine was very polite, patient, and professional. This is my third time at that store and every time I go, the cashiers are fantastic. I just wish that their accessories and shoes department was a little more varied. There is not enough stuff to shop for.
The girl called Alexa who works here does not deserve a job. She is rude and has major attitude. I returned a defective product. A dishwashing brush that you fill with detergent and it kept leaking making a big mess so I returned it within 30 days with receipt. Purchased 10/29 and returned 11/11. She told me I took too long to bring it back? Also told me because it was open and used I couldn't return it. How are you supposed to know if it is defective unless you try to use it? She was also yelling all of this to me while she was serving another customer and in front of other customers who were waiting in line. I eventually got my money back but will not return to this store. I will take my money elsewhere. If TJMaxx really does value it's customers as they say, they need to get rid of this girl. She is a real peice of work and damaging to their reputation. I also see many other bad reviews here about customer service and I am sure many are about her. My next step is to contact headquarters and make a formal complaint.
As an employee of TJ Maxx, I went to this location for a purchase and wasn't given my discount because I didn't have my card with me. The customer service is terrible and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. The manager was also very rude and told me that the discount only applied to my location, which was a lie. Never coming here again.
After changing an outfit I bought the day before with NOTA, I was very poorly attended by a manager who was said to be the owner of the store and she made the rules. I didn't want to change it because my husband presented a different card number, because he bought it with applepay, and we didn't know that it generated another card number when doing that. She said we were lying and that we showed her a different card and that she wasn't going to change it. I opened the bank app moatrei the value of the note that was deducted from the total. We made another purchase and paid with applepay and it came out with the same card number as the previous bill. And I mean, I didn't want to change it because it wasn't my purchase. I was humiliated, she was extremely rude and stupid. I don't wish it on anyone and I will never go back to this store again.

Poor management don’t help people when we call. I need to escalate because the supervisor never help me
Hadn't been here in a while and went to buy some fall clothes. I don't know what's going on but the quality of merchandise is cheap. TJ Maxx was once known for having designer merchandise at discounted prices. But the material in the sweaters is cheap. Few "dressy' items. No dress coats at all. No dresses. No wearable skirts unless you are either a size 2 or a size 22. Merchandise looks worn already. Ugly and plentiful. I don't know what they are made of but not natural fibers. Stretchy. Over sized. No fashion sense. Disappointing. I think they're taking lessons from Burlington next door. Not a good sign.
Very friendly and courteous staff. Very professional. It's always busy and despite the amount of customers the line always moves and you're in and out. I love this place. Thank you to the manager as well. She was very prompt and friendly and helped me when I had a question. Thank you!
