Was out looking for those Famous Plaid jacket/ or Lumberjack style today & finally found a few at this place. I wanted about three but realized all I needed was one that I loved. So I chose the lighter color but think I'm going back for a darker color also.
12 registers and just two registers open. The line was ridiculously long, to the point I waited 55 minutes in the line. The rest, I don't have complain, it has good prices, and great selection. But the lack of employees is not acceptable.
Stock with good quality clothing. They just need to make a separate line for returns only. Add more cashier's in the morning and on the weekend's to take more credit card payments. Due that lines are to long.
This store have vast collection of clothing, home decor and day today need items. Few items on shelf are either damaged or soiled, please be on lookout when you buy things. Checkout lines are huge and there is no express lines. Expect to wait for 15 minutes for checkout.
Honestly.. I don’t recommend this place for anyone, -10 stars . First it was my first time at Burlington. Right when I walk in a grab a cart, speeding a bit to my mother and this lady who was right in the front yells at me and tells me to be careful. Mind you SHE WORKS THERE. Yelling at a costumer. Very rude. A lady with braids and she’s tan. She eyed me down for a good 10 seconds. I’ve never seen this much of the worse service here. Employees here are so rude. For no reason. If you’re not happy w your life then just say that. But don’t get mad at costumers for being there. Never again will I go here. Honestly don’t recommend it. People here are just so high tempered especially that lady. She definitely knew how to ruin a good day. If she needs relaxing medication then I think she should take it.. I literally went there yesterday oct 14th.. rude asl. Dusty rat.
Had the merch, but waaaaay too crowded on a Sunday. Friendly employee, Romeo, warned against coming on a weekend. It's mad busy and the line for the cashiers wrapped around the front to the far side by the men's shoes section. It felt like we were there for 2 days...Other than that it was quite a lovely visit.
What a disaster, this place is a mess. They used to have good prices, now no different than any other high end retailer with the exception of things thrown everywhere. Had to step over many clothing items. One jacket I found had a shoe print on it.
Literally terrible they had two cashiers and were taking an unbelievable amount of time and the line was a mile long. Waited an hour for two items and was having long, drawn out, unnecessary conversations with every client.
This place doesn’t have any customer service attention. Yesterday I went there with my mom, we were looking for some stuff to decorate our home. When I got my selected stuff I went to the cashier to pay and also to let her know that I wanted this folding storage ottoman. I told her because the furniture was heavy, I needed help to carry it to the cashier and also to move it to my car. Well, she told me “I don’t know how we can do it” and then the other employee next to her heard the conversation and told me: “Do you need help? And she called someone to help us. The guy who “helped us” let the ottoman in the cashier and left. My mom, another customer, who was embraced Bc the situation and I moved the ottoman to my car. This was the worst experience ever! My mom hurt her finger with a splinter from the ottoman's leg. A few days ago she told me how happy she was being a Burlington member, now she has another opinion! This was my first time at this place, and the last one!
The staff were very helpful & pleasant Though the store was very busy because of the holiday shoppers.
