It was really nice and clean . Well organized and so much to choose from. Alot of great prices and happy workers . Considering the bad luck we have had in Rochester since visiting this has been a real breath of fresh air
Has really gone downhill in the last few months. Dirty, not well stocked at all, parking lot is a mess-trash littered all over the parking lot including empty oil bottles and used diapers-disgusting! Really disappointed because I loved shopping here-it used to be clean and the people were friendly but not anymore.
Kind sick of using self-checkout tbh. Need more cashiers. Store itself is just like any other WM tho. One stop shop besides getting a decent meal! - Throwing a subway in here wouldnt be a bad idea.
Love this Walmart. Always clean and well stocked. Since it is a "Supermarket" and Walmart they have just about anything you can imagine. Plenty of parking. Staff on the floor as well as the registers are extremely friendly. Can't find some thing? There are always people to help you and bring you right to where the item is located. In the evenings, after dark, I am not afraid as a single woman to park, shop and return to my car. Always staff in the lot retreving carts so I feel safe, not that the location is unsafe by any means.
11/2021 this visit was decent and I like this store but they just don't carry as much as other walmarts as it's a smaller store so unfortunately while I did get some stuff I couldn't find what I was looking for and had to visit a different location. 5/2021 Very busy and Very nice store. I only shop here occasionally as it's not my local store. Only gave a 4 because they have this really loud alarm that goes off all the time.
Walmart on line FORCES me to pay for order in advance/ It will not allow me to pay in store when I pick it up items. Given all the problems with Walmart, I did NOT want to put in MY credit card number, so I purchased gift cards to use. That was worse for ME, but benefited Walmart Profit - shame on Walmart. I suspected that my orders were shorted, but I had not printed out, and had factual information, so that was pointless to try to address. FINALLY after enough times, of not just me, as soon as I arrived home I checked what I recieved verses what I paid for - sure enough I was ABSOLUTELY shorted for what I PAID for, but did not recieved. If I am paying for items I do not get, it is like Walmart prices are 20% higher, because they get ALL their money, and I do not get ALL my order. I tried to get Walmart to offer some kind of correction, but that was a waste of my time, and just aggravated me. Cost-effectiveness is to order from a different company. If I get ALL Of my order, I will save money in the end. What price does not being aggravated hold - for me it has a pretty good price tag. Perhaps the Attorney General should be investigating this .... they do not even have to take my word for it they can go through the process, and most likely will get the same result as I did. I believe it is a general problem - not specific to targeting me.
This is the nicest Walmart in the Rochester area! Only disappointed that the Starbucks k-cups had several varieties out of stock for this visit. I drive a longer distance to go to this store.
I was blown away by the actions of one young man named Sean. He stopped what he was doing to help me find some weird things. And then I watched him do the same to others. Thanks, Sean - you are the greatest!
Probably the best Walmart I've ever been in from an employee and clientele standpoint. It's clean and safe and they have what you'd expect from a Walmart. The only weird thing about this place is that due to a town ordinance, it closes at like 10pm, so keep that in mind if you have the midnight munchies.
The cashiers are super friendly & helpful everything you want is in the right aisle would definitely come here more often
