Ordered groceries for pick up today. I ordered 2 gallons of milk. They substituted if for 3 half gallons. Update: I decided to go into the store after I picked up the groceries and they had over a dozen gallons of whole milk..
I like the store because it has a lot of grocery items. I can’t find that the other local Walmarts and it’s pretty easy to get in and out of and lots of parking. . The only drawback for me is there always seems to be long lines and especially at the self check out and I don’t know why they don’t try to get people out of here faster
Why do all Walmart employees are impolite & unhelpful ? Which ever city you go to ....if you don't see it we don't have it , we will not go look at the back for it or any other aisle either. There's small variety of each & everything like any other Walmart. It was clean though which is good. I had to wait forever to pick up my online order. If you come during the end of the day or late evening you won't find any fresh vegetables or fruits . Prices of produce here is okay , but I found fredmeyer in some items cheaper. There's absolutely no good stuff in clearance .... Don't even bother looking anything on sale. Everything is full priced here , but the good thing is that walk prices are cheap .
I was in the checkout line at Walmart the other day and the woman in front of me, who I think could understand English more then speak it, couldn't pay for all of her mostly food items. So she handled the clerk the pack of Depends underwear to take off so she can see if she can afford the new total. I stood next to her and offered to pay for it, and told her that I would be more then happy to pay the remaining amount. She shook her head no and I offered again but she seemed a bit shy, or maybe felt bad so I let it go. This wasn't a luxury item, it was a pack of Depends underwear and I wanted her to have it. After she walked away, I asked the clerk to ring up the Depends and then I went and gave it to the woman before she exited the store. She gave me a big hug and started to cry. The woman who was behind me in line also started to cry and told me that was so nice of me especially since it wasn't a luxury item. I have been very lucky to still have a job throughout the pandemic, and feel very blessed. Not everyone has been as lucky as me. Plus, you never know someone else's situation or story. Be kind to one another and if you can, help someone out!
The people who work in this store. Work. The only time you see them pooling and relaxing is on break. Clean floors. Stocked regularly. Iv never had an issue in this store. Slight construction but we understand about updated infrastructure.
BEWARE OF BEING RIPPED OFF They have robbed me time and time again. Thinking of getting attorney. I try to get delivery and it is voluntary to tip but mine was locked at 14.00 dollars ea time even though I have signed up for plus status. I'm a senior and when I call they out and out lie to me. When I tell them and say I will write a letter to corporate office they change the story. Crooks and liars and rude are who runs this store. I had to wait 2 days for delivery after 2 yrs of delivery w only hrs each time. Said they could not find a driver. If they had left my tip OPTION open i tipped 7.00 . But this is not good enough. Replace my orders for much cheaper items but charge same as my much larger choice!!!! That is stealing. I hope Attorneys can do something or advise. BEWARE OF WALMART!!!
I don't know exactly what it is about this location but I hate going into this store. It's like the isles are just a bit too narrow and the lights are a little too dim. It feels very unsafe and prisony in there. Employees literally ignore you or make sure you're aware that you're in their way instead of realizing they don't have jobs without shoppers. This Walmart is basically a huge convince store that's not very convenient. Know what you're looking for, where it is even if you've never been here, get in and GET OUT is the motto for this location. It's not even laid out like basically every other Walmart and half the items are out of stock so good luck.
Haven't been in this store much to give an in person rating I live 4 hrs away, however when a delivery order to my mom got delayed, I had to call and see what was up. I spoke with Fred, explained my order issue, and he got to work figuring out what went wrong. He called me back promptly, was friendly and professional, and even though it was Christmas Eve he didn't make me feel like a bother because he was probably crazy busy. mum's present was gonna have to wait until after Christmas. Stupid snow storm mucked everything up for delivery, I get it. At least I knew it was ready to deliver. Within 2 hours... My mom's package was at her door ... THANKS FRED! YOU ROCK!
As I was pulling into the Walmart lot within my pickup window I received an email that my order was delayed. A few hours later I received an email that it was ready so I headed back. The pickup lot was over packed and no spots were available. I checked in and sat for twenty minutes before an associate came out. I was given a gift card and told they were behind. Long story short, the gift card wasn't even activated and had no value, it took a legitimate NINETY minutes for them to bring my order out. I couldn't leave because of the chaos in the lot. It was that full. They left fifty percent of my order out. I placed a new order for pickup today and they gave me a straight up used personal hygiene product. Beyond disgusting. Go anywhere but here. Edit. They won't refund me for the used product. It was an online order so I have the receipt showing I literally just picked it up. WTH?!
From my own experience, there has being occasions where the employees had have made me fill totally welcome, yet at some instances it was hard to believe that customer service was not available. That's totally fine if the store is supper busy exept when is not apparently busy. Overall, I appreciate great customer service exept at times your younger employees make me feel overlook at. Infact, a few of your employees forgot that only shipping and receiving employees have access throughout the back door. He said, "We have to be careful because some people walk throughout the back door". Fortunately, I have hundredths of Wal-Mart receipts that proves all of my purchases from your stores. I'm a Wal-Mart customer since the Grand Opening. As an experience leader in the shipping and receiving team of another store, I recommend your managers to also keep an eye on the work crew as well since it'll always be easier to walk throughout the back door from the back if access is granted.
