Please give a copy of this report to Jakara in electronics make sure her manager sees that she has tremendously helped me with my phone issues. I am elderly for 2 and a half months I could never have help with my phone. She is kind and has helped me put news and important things on my phone for my future reference. I am truly grateful for miss Jakara. May God bless her ALWAYS AND IN ALL WAYS. THAT GIRL DESERVES A RAISE. SHE IS VERY PATIENT, KIND, AND UNDERSTANDING. SHE IS ONE OF THE BEST IVE ENCOUNTERED. I WILL NOW BE A REGULAR AT THIS LOCATION. THANK YOU
Wal-Mart has raised their prices to ridiculous amounts on most of your basic essentials. You can get better prices shopping at other stores now. Save money and live better is their slogan. What a load of bull. And their profit margins are so high they don't even care how it affects people. They also treat their employees like disposable garbage and don't pay them well. Big box stores are not for the people they are to make the rich richer.
If I could give this pitiful excuse for a Walmart zero stars I would. But not an option. Ordered a mounted photo collage paid for it and everything. Get to the store the associate who first of all was too busy talking to even give me a second look said she never saw the order yesterday than I realized it was canceled. I assume by her seems all she wanted to do was socialize and not put in any effort. Along with other employees I interacted with. The customer service lady was too busy on her phone to help anyone with a line. Honestly wasn't going to wait for her to decide to help us whenever she felt like it. Then I decided to call the store to talk to a manager about why it got cancelled. And I suppose all the workers were to busy in every department to even answer the phone, again when I walked throughout the store all on phones not working. So I'm not sure what they were too busy doing. Finally got through one time for a manager got transferred no answer. I'm sorry but what do these employees do. I only saw people talking to other employees or on phones. Hung up I'm not waiting on the phone for ten plus minutes when the employees or visibly doing nothing. Called again for a manager and I guess for some reason I was told they were all on break this seems super unprofessional to me. I can think of many reasons why that's a horrible idea. But I strongly believe it's because no one wanted to put forth any kind of work. The fact this Walmart is even in busy is crazy. I'm shocked people choose to shop there when the one down the road is a little bit better. Another shocker about it is they even have 3 stars honestly doesn't even deserve that much. WORST WALMART EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD.
Jenni and I made a late night food stop. She wanted to make a breakfast casserole and I just needed a couple things. She found all she needed and I found what I needed. This store has some of my vegan and veggie goodies, but not all i need and or desire. I sadly have to go to one of the competitors to fill my food list. Tonight one of the associates Tabitha spokentonme and complimented my hair, she was very helpful and quite upbeat. I look forward to seeing her again.
I was having issues at the photo station, and Jakara took her time helping me figure out what I needed. She was very polite, kind, sweet, and knowledgeable. Jakara was awesome to work with. Jakara I pray the rest of your Saturday is awesome just like you!!!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!! I had a pickup order and I realized late that there was a small switch of items. I came back around 8:35ish and the young man that helped me was so sweet and he apologized before getting me my item. I will keep using pickup because he was amazing!!!!
Prices are reasonable, weekly groceries won't be that high in price. After first or second visit, you will be able to find your way around different isles and find what you want easier, also, the shopping assistants are very kind and friendly, so don't be shy to ask whatever you are looking for. They have never let me down. Moreover, make sure you have a list of all your needs, or you will end up buying things you don't need.
This has to be some of the most disrespectful staff from walmart I have ever encountered. There register normal only take cards with a 1/5 guess if you get the one that does because the staff won't tell you till you start scanning half the time it only takes cards. The associate at the self check out don't know what there doing half the time and tell you to go take a picture of the price if there was a target closer or if kroger or Aldi sold the stuff I needed I would take my business there solely on the unprofessional and disrespect of the some of the staff
Went to the automotive dept. to get a battery for my car. The employee did not offer to help when my husband was unable to find it. She told him "we must not have then" but never came from behind the counter to make an attempt to help look for it. That's why I go anywhere other than Wal- mart unless I absolutely can't find what I need anywhere else. Even then I order it online.
I always do pick up orders at Walmart. It usually takes longer to get your pick up order because the staffing is not where it needs to be for the demand. I gave them 3 stars because of the pharmacy. They are always great and efficient and make sure I am paying the best price for my prescriptions.
