I did the drive up and when I drove to the store to pick up my online orders, the staff came very fast and I didn’t have to wait long. I wasn’t missing any items and this was a successfully filled order. This is highly critical if you think about the service since the main purpose of it is to not have to go into a store to get the items you want or need. Will definitely do the drive up order again! Saves me so much time instead of spending so much time running around to look for the stuff that I need inside the store.
This is the usual Walmart we visit. Usually well stocked for the items we need. I like the fact I can shop for clothes, board games, movies / music and get all your groceries in the same building. Usually very clean and not too busy, with plenty of registers although most registers are self-checkout.
Wanda at the customer service counter is very consistent in her customer service. It’s the second time I send money to friends and family and she’s always professional and kind when gathering the information. I can tell she enjoys helping people. Also, Kikii. I apologize if I misspelled her name. She assisted me last week with the purchase of a laptop and she was very patient helping me figure out the best options available in my price range with the features I was looking for. These two ladies here made a difference in my shopping Experience on two separate days. Definitely make the customer service at this store stand out. Please praise them for doing a great job!
One engaged person in whole store. Health & beauty dept: four associates, one actually working on makeup, two just chatting, fourth just walking around. Neither could checkout at dept because they didn’t “have a key!?!”
Walmart would not honor the "match online price." An item was $38.97 online and $44.97 instore. She said it was too big of a difference to match and refuses to correct it. A lot of Walmarts stuff is cheaper online than in their store. Target will match the price no questions asked. I will not return to this store. Left all my items at Walmart. Went to Target got everything, and they even price matched my items so I got it for the price I wanted.
Good luck to anyone who uses Online Order Pickup at this Walmart Sub-parCenter. They do not honor their posted hours. They honestly do whatever they want. I had to ask for a manager to get my order, after being turned away during posted hours. They did not actually get a manager, they just decided to do their job. I was there during the time I was instructed to pick up. The kids running things decided to close early. Not professional at all. This shows poor training and insufficient oversight of the department. This young crew needs a hands-on supervisor. Filling orders is not difficult, but the customer service part does not come naturally for everyone. More training please.
If I could rate this store a zero I would. Today I stopped by to purchase some items for my home. When I was checking out 2 employees were hovering over me! I asked her if she wanted to check me out instead of just looking at me as if I was stealing! Horrible experience not the first time this happens, my co-workers experience the same situation when she stopped to purchase some items for our office! I won’t be shopping at this location again! We will stop purchasing our office supplies from Walmart as well!
Always busy but one one of the cleaner better run Walmarts I’ve been to. I was in and out quickly.
I ordered tires for my car because they didn’t have it. I wanted to make sure they already received to install. Trying to call them but no answer. I tried too many times nobody answered the phone. Very poor service.
Why does the lady always have to do the sports and Pokémon card inventory in the middle of the day? Wouldn’t it make sense to do in morning or night when it’s not busy. Everytime I come she’s so rude and snappy if I ask any question or anything. Almost feels like this store doesn’t want the sales?
