Walmart Supercenter

They have a much better selection of many grocery items than the other stores in the area. They deliver, or have things waiting for you when you pull up. Is the service perfect? Absolutely not. But they usually do a good job. If you want to complain about the employees not knowing their job at times, complain to management. The company should provide better training. I am old, and the store is huge. How's about putting in a few chairs throughout the store? I think that they would be welcome. And sales could increase. Simply because many senior citizens won't go all the way across the store to get the last thing on their shopping list. But they might, if they could catch their breath somewhere in the middle.

The one on SE 14 st Is so bad there are only 2or3whites the others Spanish speaking if your higher they should speaking both languages. Why is it self checkouts we work for you so we should be able to make sure we get our 10% discounts to. An we do the work and still get the dirty look. When were the employees.

Produce is disgusting and moldy, there’s hardly anything there to choose from most of the time. Employees are rude and disrespectful. They will sit there and look at you check out every item yourself and then want to claim you’re stealing something. I showed her my receipt and she sat there and counted all the items in my cart and of course it was all there. If Walmart thinks every customer is stealing maybe they should get rid of self checkout and start making their employees do their jobs. I’ll be shopping elsewhere as I do not appreciate being treated like a thief.

This is for the Manager Kathy, I hope she can please read this about her staff member Today we went to this Walmart which is usually fine. But today we had to encounter a terrible cashier helper named Beverly. She’s an old lady who has a bad attitude and argues with customers. We saw her previously argue with a customer she was helping with about having to help them . After them we as well needed help taking down something we no longer wanted. She then came up to us angry saying it was not her job to be taking things down and that she has other things to do. She told us we couldn’t do that again or she’d be angry. We’ve been to many Walmart’s and never had a problem. Cashier helpers is their job to help people when they get stuck or don’t want something. People do this all the time and never get told this. I then asked her why not? And she decided to argue with us as well. She kept on saying rude comments and making faces. This makes Walmart look bad and unfriendly. I always hope she’s not there helping though she helps zero. But it’s because every time she’s there she always has a bad attitude with all customers.

Love our local Walmart, the employees are always very helpful and kind. The store is always well organized and picked up. Also the clearance sections are super easy to find, they're always doing some sort of deal, which helps tremendously when shopping for groceries on a budget. And there's always enough carts inside. The pickup workers are very fast, but also gentle with your items. All and all the indianola walmart is one of the best to go to.

Good management. Well stocked and clean. Professional looking and acting staff. Better clientele which is worth the drive from Altoona. Indianola should be proud of their Walmart. These observations have been made over several visits.

Can usually find what I need. Mostly friendly staff but there are a few that could use training in customer service. They seem a little understaffed tho, so that could be the problem. The produce area could use some improvement. Sometimes they completely run out of basics like lettuce. Overall it is a clean store with great prices.

Having someone watch me check out every single item then have the ordacity to ask me for my receipt. Well you know what I told her she didn't like it but i didn't care, i see law suit coming from alot of people

I ordered 5 18pk variety lays brand boxes of potato chips for pick up I was told by the app 3 of the 5 boxes were unavailable. I tried reordering and it said it was in stock! I then proceeded to have a friend who was already there check and they have plenty! Very disappointed. If ordering a large quantity or quantity over a certain amount is a problem or can’t be done JUST SAY THAT!

Only reason for 2 stars is no one was working a register at the time. It's not the employees fault. Good selection of items. Clean store.
