I was impressed as soon as I walked into this Walmart. I'm not sure if it's new but it looks like it. It was very clean, everything was pretty much stocked and the workers were all busy stocking in the areas that needed things. The workers were very friendly when I asked for the location of things, although they were busy stocking. I love there slection of house plants as soon as I walked in. They had a clearance isle that was insanely packed but the deals were great!! I was so surprised to see a Walmart with a Salon Smart style since they all closed in my previous area. It was pretty packed but the lines went fast and they had plenty of lines open.I look forward to returning to this Walmart to shop again.
I had to get scrubs and it was easy to find once I asked for help. Even better, the lady that helped me with the scrubs was friendly and helpful. The only reason I took long was figuring out which scrubs to get This location is HUGE yet very clean. It was busy yet there were carts ready for the taking. I've been here 3 times and each time, the service was great. I also had to stand in the money line and Ora was very pleasant. We carried on a fun conversation while she ran my gift cards. She was very courteous too
The customer service at the automotive desk on 12/24 @ 8am was amazing! She was nice very approachable delightful and helpful. I got an oil change the service was fast and I was pleased. Great service from beginning to the end.
Who can pass up $10 jeans and they fit really good and look even better

First time doing pickup, park, pick your number. Wait. Wait. Wait. I was the second to first car there and they brought several large orders out to other cars first. I had only ordered 1 thing. I'm still waiting actually with no acknowledgement from the staff he keep passing by my car. Terrible experience Walmart. Update: finally received item. Manager was very nice. Apparently employee printed ticket but didn't pick the item because it was in electronics.
The store has had a nice facelift. However the customer service didn’t get a positive attitude adjustment. Disappointing!! Probably will not be back. All I needed was a simple acknowledgment since I was the only one in line for customer service. They just kept working behind the counter while I waited.
I am a teacher and tried to call to see if they had a specific book in stock that I need. for my classroom. I only have a very short lunch break and didn't want to waste it to race over there and them not have it. I called and I pushed the button for Electronics which is right next to the books- there wasn't an option for the Book Dept. I let the phone ring over 60 times. No answer. I hung up and called again. This time I selected the 0 for "an associate." Again- I let the phone ring over 60 times. Again- No answer. They lost my potential sale. I will be going to Target to purchase the book for my students.
The gentleman in charge of restocking the produce section is doing an outstanding job. It's obvious he takes pride in his work. I've never seen vegetables stacked in such a beautiful and orderly manner at a Walmart.
I want to give 0 stars. Went to report someone’s f150 was broken into and customer service said they were too busy. Tried to talk to a manager and got nothing. Guys do better it’s the holidays. Now that family will have to replace a window during the holiday and Walmart just don’t care
