Walmart Supercenter Pharmacy

They would rather take phone call after phone call than help the customers that came IN PERSON for assistance. So incompetent when it comes to customer service.

The pharmacy staff is incredibly kind and patient, often going above and beyond to make receiving and understanding directions and side effects of prescriptions easy. During COVid, the pharmacist ran to our pick up spot in the parking lot, made sure our insurance was getting the lowest price possible, and ran back inside the store twice to get everything right for us. Truly an excellent staff, always so sweet. The store itself is nice and clean, no issues, and the staff are very helpful. The only observation I’ve made that needs improvement would be the poor hygiene of some of the staff but overall a very nice store.

The customer service here is outstanding. The pharmacists are fast, polite, and friendly. The managers and higher ups I feel and think are doing a great job running this place. I appreciate and thank the pharmacists here for taking the time to care for me and politely answering any questions or concerns I have. Keep up the great work.

They refuse ro fill controlled substances Valium on day 28...even though the FDA, DEA, And your Pychiatrist says it's fine...because we all have bad days where we need an extra pill. But Walmart doesnt care what the experts think...i guess they care about the thousands they make off funeral expensises...so they know more than the experts? Thays fine...taking my business elswhere. No wonder Amazon is destroying u lol.

For the past three years I have gone thru a lot I mean a lot. Every time I went in or needed a prescription filled or question answered the entire staff helped. Above n beyond personal service they all deserve more then just 5stars thank all sincerely pam

Ok so its a typical Walmart Super Center. Some Wal-Mart's I've been too because I travel a lot seem to have rude employers and are under staffed with long slow lines. This Wal-Mart has helpful employers and it seems the lines are never too long. One of the cleaner Walmarts I've been too.

This pharmacy doesn't mark their hours on when they take lunch. No sign and folks in the store can't tell you when they'll be back, can only guess. It doesn't take a lot to leave a note for shoppers.

Always crowded. Never enough staff. Makes you wait to speak to the pharmacist about a script you've been taking for over 10 years due to a script renewal. I only go there because one script is on their $10 program and is cheaper than using my insurance.

Horribly long pharmacy lines due to the slow rude 2 old ladies worst walmart pharmacy ive ever seen,gotta transfer to a different walmart also had the same issue about being forced to talk to pharmacist over a med ive been on over a decade

horrible, old lady at drop off window sitting on a stool looked like she was asleep until I said something. she told me 30 minutes and it took over an hour to get my prescription.
