I’ve always had a good experience here. The front desk staff has always been extremely helpful and patient with my many calls and questions. My child’s doctor is Dr. Hirl and she is absolutely wonderful. Very attentive and caring. If she isn’t available I’ve seen a few other doctors and they have always been great too.
The doctors in this office is only after paychecks …. They don’t care about the kids. Just want to fill time slots and not care about the true wellness of children. Worst experience ever . Do NOT recommend. Shame on you Walnut Creek…. Do better.
Dr. Hirl is AMAZING! Her nurse Emily is AWESOME also. They are very thorough and never make you feel like they aren't listening to you. Anytime I need anything they are quick to respond. The front staff is really great as well. If they cant get you in that day they will search other clinics to get you seen. I love this office for my three children. 13,8,1. Highly recommend!
I'm extremely upset with this office. The staff and doctors are nice, but the billing department is a mess. My daughter is almost 18 months old, which means I've been there 7 times including two sick visits. I received a call from collections today regarding a bill that was sent 17 months ago. I never received said bill and in the 7 times I've been there it was never mentioned to me. After L&D I settled all our bills with unity point, how is this bill unpaid? I pay my bills. Being sent to collections is infuriating.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Cassidy is the most rude and disrespectful person I’ve ever spoken with. I asked to speak with my child’s primary doctor and was told basically to screw off as if the health of my 6 month old wasn’t important to then. Needless to say we will be going above and beyond to make sure she loses her job. She is pathetic and a terrible person for disregarding the health of children because it was a Friday and she didn’t want to deal with it. An absolute disgrace to nurses everywhere and is the problem with health care workers today.
People in the desk are very rude.I will give 0 star .They talk like they are management team.every tym call for an appointment they always don’t have an appointment and tell me to go an urgent care, unfortunately urgent care is more wrost than this clinic.hire more providers and raise their payroll,and increase service and learn from other hospitals to treat patients.
Hands down the best pediatric clinic around! Every doctor and nurse in this clinic is warm, welcoming and knowledgeable! The women at the front desk are phenomenal as well! During my daughter’s 15 month checkup, I brought up concerns about her drastic change in mood, lack of appetite and the overall feeling that something felt “off.” Dr. Hirl listened to my concerns, validated my feelings and then ran some blood work to see what was going on. The results indicated that my daughter had Celiac Disease. The amazing part about all of this, is that you can’t detect Celiac in a typical blood panel, you have to run the actual test for it. I’m so thankful that she was knowledgeable enough to consider that possibility, because had she not tested for Celiac, it could’ve gone undetected and misdiagnosed for years, as it’s not very common to find it in children so young!! I can’t say enough great things about her and the entire Walnut Creek clinic! My daughter is now healthy and thriving because of them. I’m forever grateful.
My conversations and experience was not welcoming nor kind. I found what my family needed somewhere else .
Front desk was rude. Had to reschedule an appointment due to a close family member needing hospice and they had passed away and I forgot to call and the front desk lady said i Should have called earlier and that someone else rn used the spot.thank you for guilt tripping me during a terrible situation.
My 3yr old daughter sees Dr. Waymire. He's great! BUT over the last few appointments I've had to sit for lengthy amounts of time. I'm sitting here now and I've been here for 50mins. Clinic is run poorly and I don't understand how they can turn a 1030 appointment to 1130 appt by making families wait.
