Called and no answer. Drove to Walnut Med Clinic and told at 1:45PM, "Next Appt 4PM" BUT...... One car in lot. ONE. No people there.

The reviews reflect the service. Refused to treat. This clinic has nasty people working for them.

Tried to call multiple times today to get my child seen. Nobody answered, so I just showed up. Apparently it was lunch time, so I had to stand around waiting while everyone was eating. Several people saw me & didn’t acknowledge me at all. Finally someone walked over to help. She informed me that the urgent care is by appointment only & they were full today. I told her I tried to call multiple times, but she didn’t seem to care. Hard to make an appointment when NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE.

Waited over an hour and a half with my 8 month old for the physician to come in for approximately 5 minutes after she tried to walk out twice and I had to stop her because I had questions about her rapid diagnosis when there was minimal evaluation/conversation of condition. She diagnosed my 8 month old baby with a double ear infection. I made an appointment with the pediatrician for a second opinion and my baby was completely misdiagnosed and had RSV. No ear infection at all. Nurse was A+ and the secretary was nice however literally every other aspect of my experience was absolutely awful.

Too bad 0 stars isn't an option. Urgent Care is a joke.  Call in/walk in all they say is go to the ER.  Sprained ankle, "we don't have an x-ray, go to the ER".  Kid has a rash, "we can't help, go to the ER" What is the point of Urgent Care if all you are told is "Go to the ER".  Even when you call, they are rude.  Would rather drive 45 miles to a real Urgent Care than ever deal with them again.

The nurse practioner is great but dr. Deselms has horrible bed side manner. Can never make a appointment when needed as they do not answer their phone and won't call back if you leave a message. When it was on 7th street I liked it really well but since they moved to the new office you can never get ahold of anyone

Dr Harbison has been great with our son and was able to see him for a small emergency during the office hours.

Bs service my son had a wellness check up and shots that was suppose to be 4/30/2020 at 9 am got there and they did what I told them I cant do I cant do appointments mon threw thurs tf I'll after 11 and I double checked when I called that it was for a friday the lady said it was but when I got there he wasnt scheduled at all till monday at 9 am I told the front desk I cant due that so that made it for 1030 that day but yet no one called me to tell me they moved my appointment  to a monday dont recommend this place at all

If I could rate zero stars I would. They do not answer their phones even when people are next to them. When you go in they are extremely rude to you. Do not recommend this place and I'm spreading the word to not come here

DeSelms always been very professional...and the office girls are so sweet and helpful... wouldn't want to go Anyway else
