Amazing experience here. Last night around midnight I broke my tooth. I called Walton Dental as a new patient at 9 am and they were able to squeeze me in to have the dr take a look. While there he recommended a crown and I asked if there was any way he could do it today. Amazingly he was able to get me in. It took about 2 hours from start to finish. I could not be happier! I am so glad to have found my new dentist and best of all its only a mile away from my house! Thank you all so much!
I have used this Dental Practice for years with excellent care. I never had any trouble with my teeth. If I do and need help. They do it all here in same day. Even making crowns. No wait and I return trips weeks later!!!
My son broke his tooth jumping on a trampoline, I called different pediatric offices, even went to one. No one would help, one call to Walton Dental ~ they said come now we’ll fit you in. They were outstanding with my scared 12 year old! They did a root canal, fixed up the tooth and stayed late just for us. Thank you so much Kevin Lacour, DDS and all his assistants and staff you guys made my day and helped a scared little boy You will always have my family’s business and I can’t wait to tell everyone!
I LOVE this dental office! The DR, not a staff member but the DR called me the night before my appt and asked if I had any questions. I had Andrea, she was so sweet and gentle. Everyone in that office is SO nice and welcoming! You have such a great atmosphere! Thank you all!!
We moved to the area a couple of years ago, needed to find a new dentist. My wife was experiencing pain and needed immediate attention. Visited Walton Dental Care as a new patient and my wife was treated like she was a valued long-time client! Tonya made her feel right at home and at ease, and Dr. Farr diagnosed her tooth issue. He took time to answer all questions, and explained what would have to take place. My wife and I left knowing that we had made the right decision for our new dental home.
I was in the market for a new dentist, so I decided to try Walton Dental Care based on its reviews and its convenient location. I hit the jackpot. Jill's cleaning was superb. She was gentle, thorough, meticulous, conscientious, professional and friendly. She explained each process as she went. I found Dr. Knight to be professional and welcoming as well. He was thorough in his exam and recommendations. Readily responded to any and all questions and concerns I had. Was very informative. My experience and level of service at Walton Dental Care was on par with that which I received in the military. Excellent. Compassionate. Caring. I made the right choice.
I have been to numerous dentists thru the years and by far this is the best office i have ever been to. From the office staff, hygienist, & the dentist everyone is super nice and caring. I highly recommend this office!
My wife and I moved to Monroe from Gwinnett several months ago. I lost a cap for the 3rd time and needed a replacement. I had a cleaning, which was followed by a replacement. Dr Farr and Heather hygienist were warm, professional, and efficient. I am so happy that we moved here and found them.
My family has been using Walton Dental Care for years and they are like family. I recently had a couple of small cavities and Dr. Knight and Misty were able to use the new laser to do the fillings and the experience was great! No shots or drilling! I was in and out in an hour. I would definitely recommend this group to anyone!
Walton Dental Care is the best! The caring staff of professionals always makes me feel welcome and at ease each time I visit for care. The hygienists are friendly and capable, making cleaning a breeze. Dr. Miller and Dr. Knight are wonderful! They are both gentle and compassionate, making sure that I'm comfortable each time they've worked on my teeth. I've been to a lot of different dental practices in my life, but Walton Dental Care is the best all around.
