We rented a room for our sons graduation. I worked with Jamie, and she was super helpful with the whole process. Great facility, great staff, and would recommend to anyone!
here for a wedding, literally as I write this. good venue. everything has been enjoyable do day and I would recommend this place for any event your trying to hold.
It's a bit of a drive for me to get here, but my mom and I came here for a pottery class on my birthday. The community center itself seemed to be busy and I saw some kids having fun always a good sign and the receptionist was nice. Our instructor was great as well, very knowledgeable, entertaining and super helpful. If it was closer to me I'd look into more classes or community involvement.

What fun!!! Ladies That Swing group was great, and there were some awesome dancers enjoying the music.
Dude, this location was a polling place for primary. Haha, but ran into neighbors who were poll workers, so pleasant stop and voted.
We had our wedding ceremony and reception in the community rooms. The venue is beautiful, and WPCRC was very flexible with COVID-19 rescheduling. However, the building staff did not deliver on the day-of, and they are in general very disorganized. We gave them the room layout plans weeks ahead of time, and even though the staff had the layouts printed out at the event, they made several mistakes with the room layout. The groom himself had to request for and move around chairs and tables between the ceremony and reception. They also did not provide us a microphone, even though that was paid for. They did give us a partial refund for all the things that went wrong, but you can’t redo a wedding.
The place is NOT a good choice for a wedding!!! First of all you meet several times to go over how many guests, tables, table arrangements... what a joke. They rented the hall out for a daytime wedding and later told us you get the place at 5:30... that gave us 1 hour to decorate... When we arrived the head table was touching the windows with NO chairs... the guy said “Oh there isn’t enough room to put chairs”...the appetizers were supposed to be out in the hall near the game room so that I could have an hour to decorate but they put that in the reception room so everyone was walking in while we were decorating. They were supposed to put bar top tables near the appetizers but they didn’t. We paid for a coffee bar and at 9:30 was told “ we forgot “. We had to ask for garbage cans so the guests had someplace to put their plates. They said 130 guests would be fine but you could barely get by... it was like walking through a maze. At the last second we ended up putting the buffet in the hallway. It was fine but would have liked to have known ahead so it could have been planned a little better. This place is not a good choice for a reception if you expect for it to go off as planned. I watched MONTHS of planning go right out the windows!
