The Warren family has served Jacksonville and surrounding areas since 1983.

Warren Hardware, Warren Ace Hardware, Ace Hardware, West Ace Hardware, West Hardware....A store by any other name is still the same store! We've been around a long time and hope to be here a lot longer.

Our objective is not to take over or be like the boxes. We just want to make a living, take care of our family and hopefully do some good along the way.

We are so grateful for our customers and for the friends we've made!

The staff here are the absolute nicest people you could ever know. This is my go to hardware store.
Excellent customer service. I needed a female to female adapter for my leader hose to connect to my garden hose reel. Not only did they have it in stock, but since the one I chose had the former business name on it the owner knocked 3 dollars off of the price. She was very helpful and even struck up conversation with my 3 year old son. I like helping small town businesses over big box stores when I can. Unfortunately these types of businesses are a dying breed.
Great local store that has most anything you might need and great prices. Shop with them first before you make the long drive to Harbor freight...shop local first for the best items at good prices. My husband got some get saw files from them made by Stihl...
As the only Stihl dealer in town, they always have what we need and they are knowledgeable. HOWEVER, they believe all of their customers have very basic, minimal knowledge of how to use a chainsaw. My husband has been using a chainsaw commercially for about 15 years, and personally for even longer. But every time we go to Warren for a new saw purchase or part purchase, we get a condescending lecture on how to use it. I went in and bought a new chainsaw for him as a gift once and I didn’t think the lady was going to let me leave with it because Chuck wasn’t there to put it together for me. Even after I repeatedly told her we were good. I appreciate good customer service, but this isn’t really customer service.
Wonderful service and great selection of items. I have always had a great experience when shopping here. The family owned business is top-notch! They always answer any questions I have and I always leave pleased and confident that the product I have purchased will perform the project I need it for well.
Whenever I go in, I am always treated with respect. The owner is always busy helping a customer get exactly what they need. He even went so far as to cut a length of pipe for me so I could make repairs as soon as I got home. The kids that he has working there are as helpful as they can be, even if they do not know what I am trying to get. They go with you to help as much as possible. It does mean a lot when at other stores, the people point at an isle an say that it might be down that way.
Quick and easy to work with. I explained the plumbing issue I was having, and they recommend easily the right parts I needed. I'm always a little unsure of the best parts for a project, but these guys took the time out to figure out what would be the best fit. I will definitely continue to do buisiness here! It pays do do buisiness with a local shop!
They may not be Lowes or Home Depot, but they always seem to have something I need in a hurry or can't find elsewhere! As always, great job to all involved in the store!!
Nice little hardware store good prices , but you cannot return items if you get them wrong...
