When someone you love passes away, no amount of preparation can truly prepare you for the decisions that need to be made and steps that need to be taken. These fellas made everything feel “easy” and showed an unlimited amount of empathy and patience. I quite literally could not have laid my mom to rest without them. Amazing job with the services, and they went above and beyond with other things as well such as making sure I had the cards from the floral arrangements and even delivering the fresh flowers to our house. I can’t say enough nice things about them or thank them enough.
David and the others on the staff have always treated us like family. Never had they been any better than in the recent passing of my mother. Every detail was handled and so much taken off the family. They are the best when it comes to such a time of need. I highly highly recommend them for when your family needs them.
There simply are not enough words to adequately express how pleased our family is with the way our mother’s funeral was handled. Planning a funeral while attempting to accept the death of someone who is so loved and such a vital part of our lives seemed overwhelming and unfathomable. From the moment Hagler Ward and David Warren walked in the door when Hospice called them, they were amazing. Their kindness and compassion was genuine. They walked us through uncharted waters and made it as least stressful as the situation can be. Every part of the planning, visitation and funeral seemed to be as near perfect as we could ask for. Although this is something we wish we never had to do, I have to say that there is absolutely no way we could have been as satisfied any more than we are, nor do I believe we could have found a funeral home in the Southeast area that could have done a better job or made us as happy as Warren Holloway Ward! Thank you guys fo going above and beyond.

I really can't express how much I appreciate them. They made a very bad time bearable, their kindness and helpfulness was truly a blessing to me and my family.
