I appreciated the warm lather shave of my neck and that was pretty much it. I told my stylist to do a 2 blade blended and scissor cut half inch on top with an informal part. This description always works no matter where I go. After working for only 15 mins of time, my sides got razor trimmed but no where near blended and she completely didn’t cut the top of my hair. When she turned me around and asked how it looks and all the fixing necessary, I simply paid right away and left. There was absolutely no way with those rather big mistakes that anything was going to be remedied.
Picked this shop out of many others in downtown because they were open at 10 am. Friendly stylists offering a fine cut. Prices a little lower than others Downton, too. But like the others, they don't take credit cards, so bring cash. Worth noting that they don't try to upsell you on a line of hair product, which is also nice.
Finally found a place that can do a high and tight without an explanation and pictures of what it is.
4/2/2021 3:30pm I was going to Post Office & in need of HairCut. Low & behold Washington Street Barber Shop is nearby short walk across the street. I've never been here before. I popped in & asked if I needed an appointment? Young lady said no & took care of me immediately. The young lady Kathie S. Is Fantastic & did a Wonderful job. EVERYONE are very polite & positive with super customer service skills. Even the customers Like I said before, 1st time here But will Not be the last Time!! Such a beautiful experience. Jon Viet Nam enlisted Veteran Extremely Approved!! Side notes: I believe I was very fortunate time wise when I walked in & promptly served. I Suggest you call 1st to get appointment... Also, Kathie was wonderful, as mentioned. But, I truly believe you Won't be disappointed by the other professional Barbers here. They ALL are Very, very talented & great.
