The WAVE JTED Central Culinary Arts and Business Center opened in 2015. This facility was designed as a learning lab and to promote educational opportunities in the culinary arts and business entrepreneurship with emphasis on hospitality and tourism. Training for future employment and college certifications or degrees will be offered to high school students and community members.
Existing businesses will be offered an opportunity to customize employee training and form partnerships with the Central Campus programs.
