Wayne has practiced law for 42 years.
Graduated from Furman University in 1966 Cum laude and from University of South Carolina School of Law in 1974 Cum laude, where he was a member of South Carolina Law Review and the Order of Wig and Robe Honorary Society. Wayne has a General Practice with particular emphasis on Criminal Law, Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation. He has handled over 15,000 legal matters in his career including over 3, 000 Driving under the Influence cases. His Criminal Law Practice ranges from Driving under the Influence to murder cases including Death Penalty matters. He has appeared on Larry King Live, Phil Donahue show and Inside Edition in connection with his legal practice Wayne served two years active duty in the US army, including 1 year Vietnam and 3 years in the reserves, retiring as a Captain. He also served 3 years as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
