Webster Square Package Store

We were regular customers but NEVER going back again. Terrible customer service and experience. We’ve been to this place many times before and showed the same IDs to the same person. But today he just decided not to accept our IDs with super bad attitude

never personally had a bad experience with this location been going for the last 7 years. usually i run ito polite staff that seem to know more or less the happenings in the community and in the store regarding where to find the exact drinks to meet your needs. dont expect too much conversation or english but dont be afraid to engage with the customer service team either. they do their job well and have a decent selection for being a smaller store. your going to a liquor store so dont have the highest standards and youll be fine and probably have a great time. dont take my word for it go see for yourself

Bad service attitude. I showed my United States legit ID and got denial. He was the same person who sold liquor to me many times before:/

dirty store with grumpy staff. place is definitely cop and go. better yet where they're below average may as well only stop here if it super convenient as to not go out of your way of travel. there are plenty of other liquor stores if your looking for friendly knowledgeable staff. Basically this place is not memorable at all

My son has a essential hand tremor he was born with. He purchased some alcohol tonight and was teased by the store clerk by imitating his hand tremor , and accusing him of being an alcoholic! I will never enter that store again and if you have a disability be ready to be teased and judged!

I purchased a 12 pack and upon walking out of the store the handle snapped and the case fell, and of course multiple bottles broke. They replaced the 12 pack no questions asked and were very understanding of what happened. Really great experience at this liquor store.

Fair prices but not very much selection especially when it comes to beer since they are a relatively small store. The older man working there is pretty rude whenever I've had him at the check out but the younger men are perfectly polite

Always treat customers with respect to make you feel like you had me a pleasant experience prices are very decent small story but good selection
