I had to come here for a phone screen protector replacement. They didn't have the one my phone neededmy phone is less than 2 years old. They said I would have to get it from the company. When I purchased the protector here they told me I could always get it replaced FREE here if it was ever needed it. I don't mind the fact I had to go get it from the company but I had to pay shipping and handling fees. So once again Best Buy let's me down. I use to shop here and no other electronics company. This store is always out of what I need. When I come here to buy something they never have what I need. Why do they even have this store open any more if the store barley has any products in it to buy? This store is limited on products we need or want to buy. You may be better off going online. I miss the old Best Buy stores. My suggestion is to check online to see if this store has what you need before you waste your time and energy coming here.
A lot of products and the prices are really good. The stuff is helpful.
Great shopping center. Went with a friend and her dog, Sweet-Pea. There's a good variety of shipping here and always seems to have plenty of easily accessible parking. The area is decent enough with little to no foot traffic.
Conveniently located in the heart of the valley. I enjoy the river walk behind the shops and trolley most for bird watching and nature photography. It's an easy walk for getting steps in. Note: if not shopping in the center you must park on the other side of the river opposite of Best Buy or you may be towed.
Lots of shops there and nearby - Target, BestBuy, Trader Joe's, Macy's, Saks outlet, Cheesecake factory.. etc. Parking during the weekend was a bit challenging.

Bought laptop over six months ago. So happy with my purchase and the service that I went there again when I needed one for my granddaughter and daughter. Knowledgeable and great customer service!
