Established in 1911, the Weingart East Los Angeles YMCA dedicated itself to improving the lives of area youth through quality programming. For nearly 100 years, it has provided a diverse community with values-based programs that foster positive life choices and the building of interpersonal bridges. Today, the Weingart East Los Angeles YMCA is the leading area community center for youth, families, and seniors, serving an at-capacity membership of over 7,000 youth and adults, including 1000 families joining on scholarship rates.
