Always a pleasure coming here, whether ill or needing a school physical, a rash, or sprained or broken - we have been through it all! Sometimes it is full, sometimes not…but the care and testing process is methodical and caring. The nurses, doctors, and receptionists are all amazing! Thanks for treating my entire family and making it very accessible.
The staff was kind and helpful during check-in process. The PA Jennifer was attentive and sensitive to my concerns and needs. Results from testing was timely and her suggested treatment although I don’t agree with the CDC/FDA refusing to approve treatment drugs that have been proven to work in other countries, she followed protocol. As a medical institution, we always have a way to treat medical conditions, why not for this. Overall, good experience from intake to the discharge process with the red Piedmont bag. Good Experience.
Don’t go here. They wrote off all my concerns as me being a young mom. They told us NOTHING was wrong with my 9 month old. A few hours later he couldn’t breathe so we rushed him to the ER. Turns out my baby has a double ear infection, Covid 19, and Rhino virus. We had to be transferred to the hospital. They should definitely lose their licenses.
Check in was easy and was done from a link sent to my phone. Received an appointment time, however, was called to the back about 15 mins. later. The nurse took my dad he's 82 and I to room and waited another 10-15 mins. We were seen by a very nice doctor who explained what was going on and provided aftercare instructions. Very pleased with the service we received. Gave 4 stars because of the wait. I would still recommend because the place was clean and everyone was very nice.
Terrible experience x 2. This is the most unhelpful urgent care that I’ve ever visited, the customer service per the front desk is terrible. This is my 2nd visit as Im new to this area and my absolute last. I called and made a formal complaint to the Office Manager, Michelle, after my 1st visit and was met with the same if not worse attitudes/service on today. The doctor literally asked my my symptoms, tested me for Covid and pretty much said you have a cold and/or and upper respiratory infection. I was only offered cough syrup despite running a low grade fever and having severe yellow mucus. Called back to request antibiotics and was told that I would receive a call back, just called again as it is within the last hour of the day and still the same thing. Im hoping that this message reaches someone on a regional level as this location needs intervention badly. Just a bunch of young ladies who clearly don’t want to work, full on negative attitudes and ‘clique-y’ mentality vs that of trying to help paying patients!
I don’t know why there are bad reviews on this place of business. I hesitated to go there because of the reviews but my son had been there twice and had a positive experience so I decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did. All of the staff were courteous and conducted themselves in a professional manner. They were all attentive to my needs
One particular front desk staff was very aggressive. When someone asks a question about a policy that is being presented please be okay with explaining it in its entirety. Make sure your staff is comfortable with answering and explaining said policies. When patients ask to see said policy train your staff on how to present professionally.
Great Staff, Great visit! We arrived at 8 a.m. on the clock, and we were out at 8:30 ish. Only there for Covid testing to attend an event. I would visit again as long as it’s when they first open.
The people that work at this clinic are extremely caring and helpful. They made sure we understood everything. And made me feel listened too. Thank you for everything guys.
Everyone was so professional My Dr. Came in and actually took her time and explained everything and answered all my questions. The staff was very friendly and made me at ease. The visit was amazing good work from front desk to the back office.
