It is the Mission of Wellfit Zion to provide adults of all ages a unique environment where they can step away from the stresses of everyday life and focus on getting fit, losing weight, and improving their overall health. With affordable options to match every budget, we offer a resort environment where guests receive whole body care through a variety of fitness activities, well-balanced nutrition, education, relaxation, and connection. Our staff takes an individualized approach, assisting each guest in discovering what they like, what they’re good at, and what works best for their body. The Wellfit weekly program runs Sunday to Sunday and includes all your meals, morning hikes, fitness classes, yoga, meditation, nutrition lectures, health coach lectures, and cooking demos. Additionally guests can book spa services, cooking classes, personal training sessions, private hikes, fitness testing, nutrition consultations, health consultations & more!

Fitness
Our program focuses on creating a state of both physical and mental well-being through movement. Our certified training staff guides guests through a process of learning about and participating in various forms of exercise including cardio, strength training, and restorative practices with the intention of each individual discovering the most effective types of movement for their body and abilities.
Nutrition
We believe in the nourishment of our mind and body through minimally processed whole foods. Our program incorporates an all-foods-fit philosophy in which we can enjoy all foods in moderation, but focus on choosing nutrient dense options in their most natural forms the majority of the time. Our registered dietitian educates guests on various aspects of food and nutrition, and works with our acclaimed chef to provide guests with a nutritionally-balanced and delicious meal plan.
Relaxation
Each one of us needs rest from the daily physical and mental stresses in our lives in order to function as our healthiest selves. Therefore, we have incorporated times of relaxation into our program to allow for healing, rejuvenation, and reflection. Guests can participate in mediation and yoga, enjoy pools, spas, game room, tennis courts, and choose from a wide selection of spa services from our exceptional spa staff.
