Welcome to Wellness Options! My name is Michelle Wheat Dugan and I am a licensed psychologist with over 25 years of experience. I am also a certified hypnotherapist and Reiki Master. Please see the Description for more information.
My Mission: to create a climate of postive change and enhanced skills, in order to prevent or reduce pathology in mind, body or community. My areas of expertise include working with depression, anxiety, stress-management, addictions, co-dependency and grief counseling. I provide compassionate and caring counseling for children aged 6-12, teens and adults.
My Services: I provide private, individual counseling as well as group counseling.
My Education: I have a B.A. in Elementary Education from Glassboro State College and a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Kutztown University. I am also certified in clinical hypnotherapy by the American Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists and I am a certified employee assistance professional. I am also a Reike Master and can include this form of therapy in a holistic approach to wellness. Additionally, I have participated in many continuing education programs including:

Fees: Private pay. If you have a special financial need, I can work with you on a sliding fee scale. I can also provide a clinical receipt for you to submit to your insurance company.
