I went to this Wells Fargo to turn back in my euros that I purchased at this bank, I bought $200.euros which the bank charged me and extra $33.00 for, so I went back today to turn in what I didn’t use, and the rude man at the grind desk said since I wasn’t a customer I couldn’t exchange them, I told him “I wasn’t a consumer when you charged me to buy the euros, he said things have changed, so what Wells Fargo is doing, you join their system or you are out of luck.
Worst bank!!!! This bank is always trying to charge you fees and take your money! They do not care about you as a customer or your satisfaction! You would be better off keeping your money safe in a credit union or any other company! This bank will continue to steal hundreds of your earned money and tell you it’s part of their policy. I’m changing my bank today!!
I just came back from Wells Fargo where I had a question on a letter I had received. The young man who worked there saw I need help and told me after his appointment would assist me. I want to tell all that work at Wells Fargo this is the kind of service I have come to miss in today’s work atmosphere. Reagan Adjei, when above and beyond and worked me in as soon as possible, there was 3 other people who walked by and never said boo to me. If you need someone who cares and willing to work with you, the branch on Douglas Avenue ask for him.
At one point I had all of my banking needs with Wells Fargo. My mortgage, my credit card, my auto, my checking/savings, my kids savings and a money market account. It's no secret their service has gone downhill and I slowly moved all but 3 accounts to a credit union. I stopped in one day to close the remaining 3 accounts when I met banker Alex Murphy. Alex was the most polite and professional employee of Wells Fargo that I had dealt with in a really long time. In fact, it was because of his professionalism and help in restoring some fees that made me decide to keep one savings account open with them instead of closing them all. I had income from my side hustle automatically deposited in it. Alex restored a small amount of faith in me for Wells Fargo. They need to find themselves some more employees like Alex. And they need to reward their employees that are excelling.
Charged me an overdraft fee of $12.50 at the drive up window because they withdrew funds from an unused account. On top of that the teller gave me all $20 bills, If i wanted $20s I would have went to an ATM Machine! They really need to train their employees in common sense and stop trying to nickle and dime us.
We started as a new business with this particular bank, not very happy with it. As a matter of fact very disappointed, the front of the house people tellers and receptionist are doing a very unprofessional job, not even answering the phone and when they do they don't have an answer or a solution of the problems they create themselves. Planing on switching banks ASAP.
Left work early to get here before close. I got here 4:40. Was trying to close one of my accounts since I’m unable to do so online. The teller told me she was unable to do so as they were closing soon. Horrible customer service. I’ll go to a different branch next time.
Kimberly just gave me $200 for my $280 check I attempted to cash at the drive thru. Luckily I double checked the amount. Her excuse— “the zeros were kind of close together.” This is the second time my husband and I have had issues with this bank another reason we are in the middle of changing to Community Choice Credit Union. Don’t waste your time with this bank.
I come here at least 3 times a week to make a business deposit and I just have to say every single one of the ladies at the drive up window are so kind! I look forward to seeing them, making small talk and appreciate the little details about myself that they take the time to remember to make me feel welcomed! Tayler in particular just has exceptional customer service skills and is so kind! :
My paycheck gets deposited by my employer every Friday and the tellers/manager have saved me $100's on the two occasions that my employer didn't get my check in till Saturday. Thank you for helping when customer service wouldn't!
