Wells Fargo is starting the New Year off really bad. Took my mom to the Pass Rd. Location in Biloxi Ms. They had two tellers between the both of them they were also working the drive thru. The line was all the way out the door. People were complaining that they were in line for more than 30 min and was still waiting. I asked my mom what was the hold up. She said one customer was withdrawing a very very large sun of money which should have been handled in the back office. This was very very poorly managed.
I have been with WF for about 11 years now. Most of my experiences have been good. The only reaccuring issues I've faced is that the WF ATMs keeping denying my Apple Pay. The employees are great. I do miss the employees we had at Howard Ave in Blx, but Lorene, Taira, Brittany and Daniel are very good too. I appreciate how they treat me when I do business with them. Please fix the ATMs and reward these employees.
The worst branch from all, every time i walked in i had a problem with them, they don’t honer the online appointments and the tellers must mind their business and not get involved with clients who have appointments. The lobby is very awkward, no place to stand and wait and its time to clean those dirty, nasty armchairs. And if not enough employees showed up, the managers must step in. I highly recommend not deal with this branch!
For the most part a few of the employees whom have been there for years are very courteous. Usually you recieve ok service. If you go through the drive through its almost always slow... doesn't matter that your the only person at the tellers. it will still take the employee 20 minutes to get you squared away. They move slow as idk what!!! No care in the world. They have plenty of conversations with one another while your sitting in your car waiting on your transactions. They need to improve on that. If it wasn't for the 2 employees who were always super helpful and personable I would have left this bank already.
I came here several months ago and withdrew $1000 at the drive through window. The bank Cashier gave me 3 fake $100’s. Once I noticed the money was fake I had to call corporate which did nothing. I have not been reimbursed for the fake money and will not be banking with them in the future. Do not bank here they do not have enough basic practices to prevent fake money from going through their hands and back into yours. Shame on you!
I work M-F like most and spend time every other Saturday in line at this bank. The tellers, always crazy busy, yet, greet with a smile, are kind and helpful. I enjoy the conversations I have in line with other customers and have never had a bad experience.
I have to use them for work and they are very rude. The first time i went there i didn't know you weren't allow to go through the first drive thru lane and they rudely told me i had to go inside. There's no reason to be rude about it. You try and call in a change order to make it easier on them they get an attitude over the phone and you ask them what you're able to get for change because of the coin shortage and you're told "I don't know whatever we have". I was asking how much we could get of each domination and they don't know and seemed to not understand what i was asking so i rephrased it. I went in there today to get change and asked Nicholette B a question and was ignored. I ask again and was ignored again and the gentleman who was hovering over her work station there also ignored it. Nicholette B was incredibly rude and acted like she was just too busy to help or answer a very simple question. My other issue is this is a bank and they don't face their money in the same direction but yet if a buisness doesn't face theirs in the same direction they get charged a fee by this bank.
If you are in a hurry don't go here. The wait is horrible. I understand the tellers are doing the best they can with what they are given, but it doesn't get rid of the fact that they take forever and their security is mote focused on the game on his phone over helping direct traffic in a way where we have a smoother transition to and through the two lanes that are all backed up causing the line to get backed up and people confused and more frustrated than than we were when we pulled into the line and realized we are now not allowed to leave the line due to the cones the bank set up.
Here is a real review for your consideration of the 'polite and helpful' staff and MANAGEMENT of this branch, and how 'important' YOUR MONEY, not you, are to them. July 13th around 1pm, my father drove up to the teller window, no other cars were in line, and all lanes were open. He sits there for about 10 minutes before the female inside, who is busy conversing with another male, turns and realizes he is sitting there waiting. She asks 'Are you looking for the ATM?' my father replies with 'No, I'd like to cash a check drawn with Wells Fargo' to which she replies 'Well I cannot help you at this lane, I need you to go around again and use the outside lanes' without any further explanation. Now he drives around and pulls into the 'tube' lane, and pulls out the plastic container. To his surprise, there is money STILL INSIDE the tube, and without any hesitation, he tells the woman 'Hey there is still money inside this'. She immediately responds ' Can you send it back through now?' . There was no please, just a flat statement. Now lets be honest here. how many people do you honestly think would give money found this way back to the bank without counting, or even looking inside the container? In the end, they offered NO THANKS, NO GRATITUDE, NOT EVEN SURPRISE! If this was your money, and you read this, would you still bank here knowing this person with no empathy was the MANAGER?
