Wells Fargo

Worst bank branch I have ever visited. Branch manager told me to she can’t assist me to open an account because she doesn’t have any banker. Today I went in and again they turned me down on closing out my CD. Told me I need an appointment. Why didn’t you tell me that last time?

I came in Saturday morning with a very short notice via phone half an hour right after they open. I planned to open an account and Armin was extremely helpful, John took care the rest of the paperwork and was very patient. Bank tellers are wonderful too! Hopefully good service stay the same when I come back. This branch is very busy, people in and out as like every bank in town but everyone was nice and accomodating.

Needed a document notarized and was so pleased with The great service by Armin. Wells Fargo is so lucky to have her as an employee

This morning, i had to cash a Wells Fargo check. I wanted to go inside to open my account but appointments only sinage was posted. I went drive through and Kathleen helped me. Polite, efficient and fast service.AA

Manali assisted me in closing my account and she was helpful, easy and quick to work with. My issue is with the manager of the branch, and one of the tellers I believe her name is Laura. Manali assisted me to the teller to withdraw my money and the teller screams across the room to the manager that I am closing my account and asked if I should get a check or cash. The manager then screams back asking how much money I have, and the teller yelled my exact amount out.. across the room.. where everyone can hear. I was appalled that both a manager AND a teller did not have the sense to keep that information private. It was a very unprofessional experience, and reassured me I was not making a mistake closing my account with Wellsfargo.

Other branches are far better. Managers are constantly changed, and almost all of the banking services people don't know what they're doing! The tellers, however, try to be as helpful as humanly possible.

I have several accounts with wells fargo and have been doing business with them for about 12-13 years now. Armin is incredible and always helps me out with anything I need. Thank you guys!

Today I showed up at 5:01 and the kind teller took my three deposits through the drive-thru. Very professional, very accommodating!

Always simple easy transactions at this bank.

Always closing 5-10 mins early. Some people work and can only get here on Saturdays. If y’all are supposed to be open till 1 stay open till 1. just the icing on the horrible cake for this Bank.
