I know there are bad reviews about Wells Fargo Bank, but I have to say I would have gave them 10 stars if I could have. I had some financial problems and thanks to Wells Fargo they helped me out. Thanks again Wells Fargo employees.
It seems Wells Fargo continues to make it hard to do business with. Drive thru used to open till 6 then it was 5:30 now 5:00. How are those of us that work till 5 suppose to do any banking ? wait until the weekend and hope we can get there before noon. Been a customer for over 20 years but may have to look into changing to a more convenient bank.
Answer the phone! Message after 3 to 7 rings, after multiple attempts, says “sorry, no one can take your call, go online”. Even if a caller selects “press 1” for customer service, there is a 10 second silence before another message about being unable to answer and then the system hangs up. You need to fix that Wells Fargo.
This bank is one of the worst examples of a bank.i went in and was trying to exchange foreign currency and they told me I need to have or know someone with account for some kind of relationship so I finally come up with 25$ to open account and I go back in with 30 minutes till close and they tell me theres only one banker to do it and he is booked up and told me I have to come back tomorrow, and I told her I live an hour away and I get I dont know what to tell you and I get glares as I'm walking out. They judged me from the second I walked through the door now I am beyond pist
If you love jumping through hoops and misinformation, this is the bank for you. It's currently taken 4 visits and 8 phone calls to simply shut down one checking and one savings account. It's almost humorous at this point. Each location has a different expectation of the forms of identification that are acceptable to show when proving the bank account is yours, so you can sit down with the same I.D.'s that worked at one location and another will send you right back out the door with the exact same documents in hand. Couldn't be happier to be leaving this company as this has just been one of MANY dissatisfying experiences I have had in 14 years at this bank. Absolutely ridiculous.
I don’t bank here nor will I. But this is by far the best bank in the country. The homemade chocolate cake for dessert is the best thing on the menu......the dessert menu. The wagyu Beef is probably the best dish I’ve ever had in this country, and ive had Guinea pig, mice bodies and filet!! So I know my stuff. The beef tar tar here is sooo good also. But it’s on the secret menu so tell your teller that’s what you want. See ya. Your welcome for the tip
