It is difficult to place an order when dining in as there is only one kiosk in which to place your order. The service was slow which is typical of any of these so called fast food restaurants as drive through always takes precedence. We stopped here previously about two weeks ago and the ice machine was broken and was still out of order this time. There was no indication on the machine that it was not working nor did the server bother to tell us when supplying the cup for our soda. After finding the ice machine not working it required a trip back to the counter to ask for ice, after returning to dispense our soda of choice, diet coke, found it was out of that selection which meant another trip back to the counter as there dispenser was working. Each return trip required waiting in line again for service. Not an enjoyable experience.
Food was good, but today there was plenty of staff to have the lobby opened. My mom and I came to get lunch and the lobby doors were locked and no notes or anything explaining what was going on. We are all short staffed but at least let customers know before walking through the doors.Food: 2/5
Why is the dining room closed every single time I try and eat. There are "new dining room hours" posted on the door yet literally every time I go the dining room is closed. With no sign in the window. There isn't even a cashier anymore, they have been replaced by a computer. I drive an 11 foot tall van and can't come through the drive through so this is extremely inconvenient. It's unfortunate as Wendy's is really the only decent fast food anymore.
6 associates drive threw was steady but wasn't overwhelmed. The dinning room was nasty the soda machine was sticky and the tables were not wiped down and under the table there were foodFood: 4/5
Anytime I've been here the drive thru is slow and backed up. Today I ordered a $5 Biggie Bag with a Large fry. The biggie bag was fine, but the side order of large fries was half empty and the fries were cold and definitely far from fresh.
I took my family to this location today, and we attempted to place our order with an employee named Bambi. My wife wanted to order a parmesan chicken caesar salad, but substitute the grilled chicken with crispy chicken. She had ordered this salad this way hundreds of times, but today "Bambi" told my wife that she could not do this. The employee was adamant about this. This is the only item that my wife eats from Wendy's, so she was upset and needed a minute to rethink her order. I went over to the kiosk screen and was able to order a crispy chicken sandwich, just the meat, and the salad without the grilled chicken. It was $5 more, but I wanted my wife to be happy. I am upset that this employee refused to help us with this substitution. When we did get our order, my wife's salad had a lot of wilted lettuce in it. Also, the soda machine was broken and the napkin dispensers were both completely out of napkins, requiring me to go back to the counter a second time. I am feel that this location has been getting worse over the years. They continously lock the doors and refuse to allow people to dine in. This has happened several times in the past few months, even though COVID has been over for a long time. I used to like eating at this Wendy's, but I don't think we will be going here again.
Food was fast and fresh. Iced coffee had good flavor. The person making my coffee and giving me my food checked if I wanted cream and sugar before handing me the coffee.
No one was at the counter, so I used the kiosk. I wanted 2 Frosties, but it wasn't listed, so, I ordered an iced coffee and paid. Then an employee showed up and asked if he could help. He explained that the Frosties have to be ordered at counter.Service: 2/5
Wow, this was unreal. The only way to order inside was on a "new" kiosk, which didn't work, and the staff didn't seem to know how to make work. After several attempts, we left and went thru the drive-thru. Then they messed up the order!!Food: 3/5
Very good wendy's to stop at. The foods really good and they fries are better quality. They currently only have drive through and koisk at this time but they were really nice people. It was my first time using a koisk and the koisk told me to go to the regiater to pay cash and the lady felt bad because they were only accepting card at that time but she let me pay in cash.
