another long shift people out there REALLY need to lighten up, so we door-dashed Five Guys. burgers aren't usually my jam, but when the mood for moo hits, this is the place. perfect grilled cheeseburger, fries done to prrrfection, a little heart disease on the side... kidding. wicked tasty. wicked fresh, always. sooo, so good. dinner to die for
Ok so Five Guys is amazing. I don’t usually review chains or causal fast food kind of places, but I truly feel that they deserve a review— and a great review nonetheless. Their burgers and fries are beyond fresh and highly addicting. Their service is casual and quick. They have a great selection of drinks and their milkshakes are pretty good too. I prefer Five Guys over In-N-Out, but that may be because I get up having Five Guys on the east coast. Regardless, give it a shot if you’re looking for a good burger and fresh fries!! Enjoy!
Five Guys never disappoints, and I like how you can customize your burger the way you want, but it's still fast. The fries are excellent too... can't get enough of those! I really appreciate how this location was open late so I could grab a late dinner - so many other places close early.Food: 5/5
So, shame on me for continuing to give them more chances. This is the fourth time we have tried to order from this location and they are unexpectedly closed. They do not update their hours, and the hours constantly change, very often closing during or right after what would be considered "normal" dinner hours. It's really too bad since the chain's food is so good. This location is not worth it.
I love coming to you guys for a great meal, but this is the second time I’ve shown up and been burned because your hours of operation don’t match what’s online. Kindly, please call Google and fix this. Don’t let another customer walk away from your doors wondering if they should take their business elsewhere because you haven’t take the time to fix this. Thanks.
Went in around 7pm on 12/18. I could tell that they had been very busy all day! The 4 gentlemen working were upbeat and chatting away doing their work. You can tell that they genuinely care about doing a good job, if I was their manager, I would be proud! Parking: Parking is funky because it’s in the back of the building, but they have enough spots.
Food's fine - late openings, massively incorrect order readiness estimates, and lines out the door in 100 degree heat aren't. I get that it's 2022 and service industry staffing problems are a thing. But if you can't process my order in under 30 minutes after you open an hour late, turn off the freaking website and let me go elsewhere. I don't like being lied to, and telling me that something will be ready in 10 minutes only for it to take 3 - 4x as long is disingenuous as hell.
TLDR: don’t waste your time. I have tried to order food in person and online for pickup and also delivery at least four times in the last month without any success. I won’t be trying again. First attempt: ordered online and then order was cancelled. One time, I called to confirm their hours before driving there and an employee stated something to the effect of “we have been closed at 7pm this week”. Another time, I drove there in person and they were closed up at 6:10pm. Please adjust your hours accordingly.
My girlfriend and I cook food at home religiously, we don't like to waste money going out to eat. Decided to make the 30 minute drive from limington to have a date night and get some five guys and do some shopping. But you were closed 3 hours before your advertised schedule. I'm more upset that I had to go over to Wendy's and eat their nasty disgusting ice cold food than anything tho would've loved some delicious five guys, very disappointed
One of the best places for a shake, with many variations. Fries are good too. Can't eat beef, so I can't comment on the burgersFood: 5/5
