By far the worst fast food experience I have ever had. Took about 20 minutes to get to the order mic to tell them I had a mobile order I had already paid for only two people in front of me and when I got to the window, there were people yelling back and forth through the drive through window staff and unhappy customers. Staff were quite rude at first but became more polite and apologetic the longer it took them to get my food about 45 mins total which I only knew because they told me to park outside and came out to ask me what I had ordered three separate times before my food arrived. Not only was my food cold when I got it, they got my order wrong, but I wasn't about to wait around another 30 minutes for them to correct it, assuming they even would, so I just left. I will not be returning to this location.
Always shorting the bacon. Gross black and green egg. The excuse was "it's the grill man" Well... Clean the grill man.
Wendy's has 5 guiding values. The 3rd one is "Treat People With Respect." Earlier tonight I was needlessly disrespected by one employee while I waited in my car outside. She turned her back on me and walked off while I was asking if they had any mild sauce. Short story version is: at this location, treating people with respect is not a priority. It is a shame that I have to come on here and say this. Also, they almost always NEVER have change, and tell you at the order window that they're accepting card and exact change. And, they frequently don't have all the items. I want to continue to like Wendy's, but this location is horribly managed.
They are so rude and they act so ghetto. They even don’t deserve 1star. They don’t want give the name of the girl who been rude. And we ask the number of corporate and manager. They said we don’t have a manager, which is lay and they said we don’t give the corporate number. Get out of my store!!! Go to the Wendy’s website. We asked our money back, and they we are not refunding you get out of my store!!! We call the police on them and the police said to us that this store gets all the time complaints. The girl was eyeing at police and laying that we threw the food at them. And police said calm down we always get complaints about your store. Police asked as how they can help us?, we ask they need to give us the corporate number and the name of that girl who was so rude to us and our money back. Police said us manager going to be at the store tomorrow, so we can come and get our money back. This lady’s can’t communicate civilized. They were like wild animal.
Ordered through the app and not one item that I ordered was correct. Called to talk to someone and they kept hanging up the phone on me. Not happy at all. If you're not going to do your job right then stop working in fast food.
Have been here 3 times since I moved to New Haven-all of the experiences have been awful. The first two times they missed items from the order, fries were soggy and bland unlike the other Wendy’s I’ve had. Yesterday I got a dave singles, it was so disgusting I literally could not finish it. I have tried dave singles at other Wendy’s not in New haven and they were perfectly fine. I don’t know what’s the issue with the Wendy’s in New haven.
This has got to be the absolute WORST place ever! I went to the drive thru and I was greeted with the cashier telling me I could only pay with a card or exact cash. I proceeded to order and drive up to the window. The cashier handed me my soda with no straw and told me that there was a bit of a wait because they were short staffed. No problem. After waiting in front of the restaurant for 32 minutes to be exact, the same woman from the drive thru window came out with two bags. Neither bag was my order . While waiting I watched Uber drivers and Mobil orders go in and out with their orders. I went inside and had a 5 min back and forth with the same woman who told me I ordered the wrong thing. After showing my bank receipt she made my order all to find out that my original order was in the counter the whole time! Long story short DO NOT SOEND UR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!! Please take my advise!
I have ordered from here 4 times, and each has been an overwhelming disappointment. The first time, they left off my drink. The second time the fries were soggy and wilted. The third time they forgot extra items I paid for on my sandwich, not to mention ingredients like tomatoes and cheese which are supposed to br on it anyways. Most recently, I ordered a Dave's Single and had 3 bites and threw it out because I felt like I was going to be sick. After trying it 4 times, I should've listened to the other reviews. Do no waste your time: yes they can screw up even the simplest items. I would listen to Kevin McAllister from Home Alone, "I would rather kiss a toilet seat!".
I ordered a salad and a 12.09 meal.i did not get what I ordered .I got 1 cheeseburger and 2 drinks... I feel robbed. Never again. Do not order from them they will rob you blind. Any business should reach out to the customer .
Thank God Something Told Me To Stop Eating And Check My Food! Literally Found Worms MORE THAN JUST THE ONE IN THE PIC In My Chili From Wendys On Whalley Ave In New Haven And The Best They Could Do For Us Was Offer Us A Baconator Fry?? And Don’t Even Get Me Started With The Attitudes That Literally Every Employee Has! Definitely Writing Corporate!!!
