Founded in 2015, junzi grew out of a hunger for our childhood staples: northern Chinese food made with healthy, seasonal ingredients.
Junzi Kitchen serves Chinese bings and noodles. Our founders grew up in Northern China and met at Yale University, where the first Junzi Kitchen opened in October 2015.
