Ordered through the app & when we went to get our food, our burgers were cold. We didn't notice this until we got home since our fries were hot, we just assumed everything else was too. We only live 5 mintues away. We got our food almost as soon as we got there so who knows if they made it and just had the bag sitting on the counter until we picked it up 30 mintues later. We had been there maybe twice before this experience and those two experiences weren't as bad so therefore my rating is 3 stars.
This Wendy's is unfortunately understaffed, just about every night about 30 minutes before they close. If they have a line for the drive-thru they put out a wet floor sign at the drive-thru to let people know that they're closed. I understand they're trying to get out by the time that they close also but if they had the correct staff members in place and didn't take 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru they wouldn't have to do this. I hope they will get this situation resolved. That's the reason I still gave them three stars. It's just quite disappointing. When a restaurant is still open for 30 minutes but you can't order any food. I think this will go back on management not serving food while they're still open. It doesn't make a lot of sense but it is what it is...
I ordered a Dave's Double combo meal and paid $11.44. I was on my lunch break. Couldn't wait to get back to work to eat what I have been craving all week. I get to the office open my meal and i have single burger, dried out and over cooked and my fries were so hard I couldn't even eat them. Apparently no ones knows about holding time in that place. I also didn't get a receipt. The staff never welcomed me or thanked me for coming. I will never eat here again. The FDA need to be called on them. I know nothing will be done about my review, because after reading about 10 of the other reviews. Either the Franchise Owner or Corporate don't give a dang, because no-one is replying back to any of the reviews being left. No apology, give us another chance, I'm sorry nothing. I wish I could leave a 0*
Worst Wendy's to ever work for,if you're considering working here just know you may be like me and have to go to the unemployment office to get your check, I worked here for 3 weeks and I knew something was wrong,the manager floye refused to put me in the system, if I would not have saved my clock in times I would not have been paid at all. PS, that free employee meal you're supposed to receive is limited to a kids meal there just so the gm can save money for a bonus.
Dinning room closed even though signs on the doors said it should have been open during the hours I was there. They were out of carbonation so I had to call people to get their new drink order. I used the app to place my order and chose pick up inside but had to go through the drive thru to get it. Was told that if my order was messed up I would need to go through the drive thru again to get it fixed.
I frequent this restaurant often, it has to say the least went down. They can not get a simple order right. It needs new managers and staffFood: 3/5
The man at the window told me my total so i was getting the change out and he said "this is taking too long" even though i had it in my hand, I was just getting it out. I hardly come here since the service is never good. The lady who handed me my food was rude too.Service: 1/5
Horrible speakers at the drive thru. I could barely hear what the guy was saying. Food was eh.. not bad but not great.Food: 3/5
Asked for a Baconator with only bacon and cheese, cashier confirmed my order as a plain Baconator, screen said plain, receipt said plain. Baconator came with ketchup and mayo. This Wendy's gets my order wrong more often than any other fast food place I visit, except maybe Cookout.
