I stopped here on a Saturday night with 2 children that love Wendy’s chicken nuggets. There were a few cars in front of me in line so I was prepared for a long wait, like most drive thrus on a Saturday night. However, the line moved quick and the food was as fresh as you would expect when the store first opens. The employee working the window, I believe his name was Tim , was so friendly, especially with the children. They mentioned on a few occasions that they hope he’s working next time we go there. We’ve been to many Wendy’s locations. This was definitely the best. I’d drive out of my way to go to this location.
Another place that over time has gotten better than it once was. The burgers and fries are fresh, which is surprising because a year or two ago, everything tasted like it was under the heat lamp for hours. Always room for improvement but this particular wendy's is going in the right direction. Keep up the good work!Food: 4/5
Literally hate going to this Wendy's they never have baked potatoes and when they do a baked potatoes they tell you it's going to be 45 minute wait. They need a better management staff. Better employees. They're always rude to you and literally hate going to this one. But the only reason I go there is because my work is down the street from them. Personally, if I'm paying $15 an hour, I expect to supreme service. Don't go to this Wendy's because you'll never get it and the idiots they have working the drive up can never get change correct? It's simple you type in the amount in the register. The register tells you what to give back and the can't even read at that. They even know how to write. Been trying to order a baked potato for over a year
Literally the worst Wendy's I have been to. Food is always sub par and the hours on Google are never correct. The employees always seem short tempered. I know it sucks working in fast food, I've been there...but there is no reason. For this type of environment.Food: 2/5
Worst service ever. Went in for doordash order and all 5 workers behind counter kept going to the back of kitchen, and didn't ask to help. There was also a group of 4 sitting at table who also worked there and kept looking at me but didn't come over. One was a manager. Finally I got ladies attention she got food ready handed to me and walked away. She didn't even have the 3 drinks, and wouldn't help me anymore. Finally someone asked if I needed anything. Worst restaurant ever. The owners if this location should be told. Only reason I will go here is if I have a doordash order. Horrible service. I was the only customer I'm restaurant
4:00 p.m. on Sunday afternoon dining lounge is empty but also in deplorable conditions had to pick the least dirty of the dirty tables to sit at Fry's or lukewarm at best and obviously have been sitting for quite a while typical work ethic of people these days I guess.
The service here is so bad. The drive through worker was very rude to my husband when he was just asking simple questions. Not to mention, they forgot his sandwich entirely and the rest of the food was not even hot.Food: 1/5
GREAT LOCATION THERE CHILLY IS THE BEST. THE DOUBLE CHEESE BURGERS ARE GREAT. THE CHOCOLATE FROSTIE IS GREAT. YOU GOTTA GET ONE RIGHT NOW.Food: 5/5
I went here tonight on January 8 about 5:30pm. Been working all day & on my way home I stopped by this Wendy’s. Bad, Bad, Bad mistake bcuz I was hungry & now I don’t have anything to eat. Had to go somewhere else bcuz the first time the drive-thru cashier gave me my food. The bread was greasy and hard, the chicken patties was dried out and hard!! So, I drove back around & ask politely for another sandwich. The girl gives me another sandwich but a worst & she basically threw the sandwich at me then closed the window. I blew my horn but she acted like she didn’t see me!! People don’t go here if you want good quality Wendy’s food
My man Tim deserves a raise and a promotion. He was running the whole place by himself and still managed to get my food out fresh and fast.Food: 5/5
