I purchased $55.88 worth of food on July 25, 2023. I found a hair in my food, and complained about it. Got attitude, a cold remake of my burger and more attitude when my family complained they could not finish the food after seeing the hair. It was tangled in the burger real good. I complained to corporate via email and got an automated response. Then a follow up on July 30 claiming they would have someone follow up with me. No follow up occurred as of yet, Aug 12. I lost my money that day because we threw out our food as per the managers suggestion without refund. I have never experienced anything like this before, and I love to eat out. I think there was one time before I had a hair in my food, and my food was promptly refunded. It's not appealing to eat somewhere like this. The hair was tangled in between all of the salad and meat, the person preparing had to have seen it or not paid attention while making it. The staff were DISGUSTING in every aspect; attitude, behavior, cleanliness. The South American cashier blanca I believe made my sandwich without a hairnet after complaining about hair in my food. She had the audacity to tell me that in her country they eat worse things and don't complain about it. The South American manager was visibly angry at us for complaining, I could tell she wanted to lunge at us after telling us off because we wanted a refund for a meal we couldn't stomach to eat. I felt completely disrespected, and embarrassed by the entire situation. Still haven't received a refund! I will never eat at any WENDY's ever again, absolute garbage of a company. Dietary restrictions: DO NOT EAT HERE! Stay away form here, they do not care about making you a good meal.
I ordered a junior cheeseburger and a chicken ranch wrap. The burger was cold and slopped together with around 8 pickle slices and some way to thick rings of onion on it, nice and dry with no ketchup on it. It's supposed to come with ketchup on it. The chicken ranch wrap had no ranch dressing on it. Just wilted lettuce and no cheese..was the condiment person on break or something? To make my wilted lettuce even more disgusting, the lazy prep person left a huge hunk of the lettuce core in my dry dressingless wrap..lousy sloppy food at best...
Food in this location is hit or miss for freshness and wait time of drive thru is typically far too long. Accuracy of orders is about 70% but it is fast food after all.Food: 3/5

This wendys can be little hit or miss. Sometimes, the food is instant. They are definitely trying. You can watch them run around like crazy trying to figure it out so A for trying. In the ends it Wendys you should no what your getting your self into quick decent meal.Food: 5/5
Overall this Wendy's feels like a bodega; its messy visible boxes stored in view behind the counter, etc and staff speaking more like yelling in Spanish. I came for their new breakfast, which is completely disappointing and is unrecognizable from their commercials. The egg sandwich was obviously microwaved and tasted "blah". The coffee is just bad, not bitter or anything but it tastes like hot water with coffee flavoring. The "combo" includes their fries with a different seasoning. For breakfast this is a non-starter, find a nearby Chik-fil-a or a local deli.

You should stop making burgers your burgers really aren't very good. Although your chicken sandwiches are much better. And fries are not the best. But love the chocolate frosty.Food: 2/5

Nelson was very nice, polite and most importantly professional!!! Grilled chicken sandwich was made exactly as ordered. However, there was a mix up between order of French fries and chives sour cream potato order, which Nelson seamlessly resolved by passing word to other staff next time I'll be ordering. Overall a pleasant experience and very nice and clean dining room!!! Keep up the outstanding job!!!
