Went up here tonight and ordered a $6.00 biggie with a chicken with a BLT. MY chicken was fried way toooo hard. I struggled with my first bite. The sad thing is that these fools are completely aware of what they are serving but act dumbfounded, and that's what makes me furious. Every time I come here they food is always hard, cold, and nasty. I would go elsewhere for a couple of months, then come back, hoping they got it together. Nope, prove me wrong every time. These Wendys need to be burned down to the ground or get new management and cooks because they are literally single-handed robbing people. My daughter likes the chili, and that's the ONLY REASON why I waste my time. I also forgot to add that with my nuggets. They only gave me three, not four. Who does that? Update: Months later, as soon as I opened my burger, a long piece of hair cooked in the burger. What is sad is that it's another review saying that they found hair in their food, too. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE that they are serving people this. The picture is down below. The manager John was nonchalant about it and didn't even seem to care. How are you a manager. No hair nets , place dirty, workers don't even look like they care what they serve. Everyone is just there for a paycheck. I told my daughter she would have to make due without going there because we won't be back.

It's a fast food joint, nothing extraordinary. It is one of the fastest Wendy's I've ever been to lol. The line always moves fast, that never happens for Wendy's. So yeah, what else is there to say.Food: 4/5
Saturday, July 7, 2023. I love Wendy's, especially when traveling. What makes a good fast food chain is the predictability of the quality of food from one restaurant to another. This Wendy's is the exception. The Diet Coke from the soda machine was barely below room temperature and had no carbonation. One of the two ice dispensers was not working. At 1:30pm when we received our order, the fries were soggy, not crispy on the outside like always. I asked for just a large burger patty -- no bun or toppings. At any other Wendy's I've ever been to, that large burger patty costs $1.59. The idiot manager at this location said I would have to pay full sandwich price for the patty -- that is, $4-5 according to the counterperson. I skipped the patty for that rip-off price. My wife and I used the bathrooms. They were filthy. This Belle Vernon, PA franchise is a disgrace to the Wendy's brand.
We stopped here to get something to eat on our way to Pittsburgh and stood at the counter, waiting for someone to come and take our order. At least five different employees saw us there and said nothing to us, nor to anyone else who was working. They didn't even notify the person on register that we were there. So we ended up leaving and going somewhere else. The customer service at this Wendy's is not good.
My husband bit right into a LONG hair, a HAIR! A long blondish red HAIR in his burger!!!! It was entwined in the food! We brought the food back in with the disgusting hair. The manager who spoke to me before walking out in the first place ignored the ENTIRE situation. I mean not a single word! He previously said he had been there 23 years, yet he completely let what appeared to be a minor-aged counter person handle the entire situation. Never came over to talk to us, apologize, anything. We wanted a refund for our order and that was totally ignored, but counter kid did ask if we wanted our burgers remade personally by him when the manager wouldn't come over!! We said yes and he made them far better than the people on the left side of the kitchen, which I sincerely appreciated. The first time, every sandwich paper was saturated with grease as if it were sitting in a puddle before they put on the burgers. Every person in there has long hair down their backs, no one is wearing a hair net, everyone looks unkept, and the customer behind us said she watched the manager touching and playing with his hair while working the drive thru!! It wasn't his hair, I saw who it probably was based on the color, but still, he's not wearing anything on his head at all!!! Then saw 2 employees without any hats at all, the they'd come back and hats on again, as they were coming in and out of the back, weren't on break, no wonder there's hair in the food! Food and muck all over the floor that was dropped. The place was completely gross. I understand being understaffed and busy, I didn't mind waiting, but I minded waiting TWICE but the appearances of most of the employees hair everywhere and sanitation being the way it was, is completely unacceptable. I STILL want a refund. My husband couldn't even eat his burger, it's still sitting here. We lost our appetite after that, I threw away the last piece of my burger. Not to mention our other food, fries and nuggets were ice cold by the time we had to wait for the other burgers to be remade, and the frosty was completely melted when we got back in the car. The experience was completely and totally horrendous and a waste of my time and hard earned money. I'm totally ticked. Maybe if this franchise hired at a liveable wage, it could be better staffed and ran more efficiently. I have no respect for that manager that hid in the corner and ignored what was happening. None. I'll never go back unless they shape up.. and I love Wendy's. Shame.
It's probably not necessarily the staffs fault, but we waited in the drive-thru line around 11pm for a little over 45 minutes, with only 3 cars in front of us. I imagine they are short staffed like most places, and maybe they had a big rush before we got in line. The staff was unfriendly but clearly overwhelmed, and the food was less than okay. Fries were cold and stale, as if they had been sitting out all day.
This Wendy's has gone down the gutter over 3 months. If you go past 10PM you'll almost be guaranteed to get old stale fries. On top of the food going down hill, this Wendy's has just started blatantly scamming me. The girl at the window one day let me know I was being double charged and did nothing to help. I just went in after spending 10 dollars on a mobile order and was met with "oh too bad I guess". My food is just not there. Ordering food here is like an NFL Parlay gamble I guess.
I used the drive thru. The food was enough to get something in my stomach. The gentleman working the drive thru cash register was very nice and personable and suggestive sold a booklet for frosties and a kids meal.Food: 3/5
They were very crowded. Employees and manager really worked together to get orders done. Good service. Their Frosty-ccino's are delicious!Food: 5/5
