Love Wendy's. I was in Butte for a bike race and wanted something familiar. Wendy's is very consistent with their food. Enjoyed my favorite Chili! Plus I tried the new Pumpkin Spice Frosty...I liked it, the spice is produced, might be too strong for some tastes, very tasty.Food: 5/5
I was able to get my order in quickly and the service was friendly. It took a bit of time for my order to come out, but it was accurate and taste met my expectations. The napkin/condiment area could have been cleaned up a bit but the restaurant otherwise looked clean. Parking: There were only a handful of spots remaining when I arrived and the drive way through was mildly tight. Still fairly easy but take your time.
I've never had a problem with wendy's, and I've never been to this one. First time coming here with my family, they left out a sandwich. Politely told staff. Was very rude and snotty and waited 20 mins for the missing sandwich. Had to go up multiple times before getting our sandwich. MANAGEMENT PLEASE SEE: Lady working around 2:00 p.m Saturday Oct 14th with dyed red ends was the snotty one.
Always friendly staff at the drive thru and good deals for a budget friendly and tasty quick bite. There is almost always a line up of cars at the drive thru. I wish someone would put a Wendy's in Anaconda.Food: 5/5
Clean and accessible interior. I was surprised that it was 6 dollars to get a just a cheeseburger. However it was pretty good and filling. They have ketchup and mustard easily available and other speciality sauces available upon request. The store almost has the electric soda machines which allow for more customization of your drink. Overall, it was a good location for a quick bite.
We stopped at 3 different restaurants for dinner in Butte and this was the only restaurant that actually had a staff working. The other 2 not fast food restaurants had the laziest staff ever. The staff at Wendy's worked their tails off and it was nice to see after traveling through Montana the past two summers after COVID19 and seeing the lack of hard work. Great job crew at Wendy's!
Arrived at 10:00pm on a Saturday night to grab dinner while passing through in our motorhome. Walked in the door and was rudely greeted with glares and “we're closed”.I asked if we could just order to go since we can’t go through the drive thru, and told no! The website clearly states 12:30. Saturday night at 10pm closing seems super bizarre. ‍ So instead we ordered it as a door dash delivered across the street to us. Unfortunately our driver was stuck in the drive thru line for over 20 mins so needless to say the only thing warm about our food was the frosties. Food order didn’t even arrive correct and had weird substitutions. Good thing I won’t ever have a reason to go back to this Wendy’s.
There is no star for service. RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL... Not everyone was wearing a name tag, so it would not be fair to list names of the employees that were being as stated above. There was also discrimination...cuz white people are picky... extra mayo with cheese, no lettuce or tomato on a spicy chicken sandwich totally picky. We were parked for 10 minutes they never brought my sandwiches out, I went in and the bag didn't have one rain drop on it so employees lied saying they took it out; there were no cars parked outside..we were the only car on the drive thru side of the building. My other question is where was a manager or shift supervisorbecause if it was the gal working the front counter she has no clue about customer service she straight out told me that my order being wrong was not her problem.? Is anything going to be done about it? Probably not so guaranteed I will not go there again. Total thumbs down!!
I would mark less than 1 if it gave the option. Tonight was the 2nd night within a week that Wendy's forgot to include the baconator fries we ordered. I called and requested a refund instead of loading my kids up and driving all the way back to the location both times. The refused to refund my card unless I brought my card to them to refund in person, even after I provided ALL of the transaction information from my receipt. I asked to speak with a manager at that point, I was informed that I was supposedly speaking to a manager, who was extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately we will no longer be going to Wendys due to the poor customer service.
They messed up my order with the wrong sandwich and the one they gave us was uncooked. When I drove all the way back to return it and get the sandwich I paid for there was no apology, no refund, no care. They just tossed me the sandwich they should have given me originally and stared at me rudely the whole time. I spoke to them about the situation very kindly and was treated very disrespectfully. I will not be eating there ever again.
