We were overcharged. Our order was wrong. Food tasted off and wasn't made right. The lobby was dirty, and there were no napkins or ketchup cups out for people to get easy access. The girl taking our odder was trying, but my guess is the manager was lazy at training her as she wasn't keeping up with the rest of the restaurant. Overall, I would not recommend it. I like Wendy's, but this was an awful experience, unfortunately.
Stopped by and I ordered the biggie bag, I’m staying across the street on super 8 so it was a must to try Wendy’s. The blonde at the drive-tru was nice and took care of my order I didn’t get her name but yeah her. Thanks!Food: 5/5
Decided to eat inside. I should have ran away when I walked in. The inside was filthy. The dining room floor was covered with food. There were flies everywhere. The food for was barely warm. One burger was wrong but the staff did apologize and corrected the problem. The soda machine was out of most options. The health department needs to make a visit.
Service was fast. food was hot. Food was a little below standard for what I usually have at other Wendy's. And the facility was old and dingy. Also was not as clean as most Wendy's usually are. And there was an order that was not very pleasant. There is an office near front counter that has two way mirror windows facing dining area that made me feel like we were being watched. "Cheap two way could see shadows thru them". If this Wendy's was actually busy I might understand the overall appearance but we were the only customers dining in and in the time we were there I saw only four cars go thru the drive thru. As for myself and my family we probably won't be eating at this Wendy's again!
Burger was barely warm, fires clearly old fries that were warmed up with the fryer, and chili was full of black burnt pieces…..terrible excuse for a restaurant. Should have just gotten a Fresh sandwich from the Wally’s across the street. Keep up the fantastic work guys you will be out of business in no time.Food: 1/5
Burger was dry and cold. Nuggets and fries were good, though. Customer service was top notch.Food: 1/5
Grossest experience ever. Stop here on the way to Chicago, five employees standing around, customer service was not existent. Cashier was horrible and hygiene was horrible for being in food industry. Soda machines out of a lot of items, dirty and fly infested. Ordered two sandwiches, two drinks and a fry for 24.00 dollars. Burgers were cold and gross. We were too afraid to ask for a replacement sandwich.
The food was good and service was prompt. Very dirty inside though. The carpet was shiny from the amount of grease on it. Hard floors were slippery for lack of proper cleaning.Food: 4/5
Two weeks ago my wife came home with Wendy’s chili, we found black burnt beans and crust in our chili. We thought we would give them another try, tonight, as we drove away from the drive through window,I was taking a drink and the lid was not down tight on the cup so the drink ran down my shirt and in the car. If we had been at the windo I would have just given the whole order back to them. Such poor customer service, when We got home I tried to call and they didn’t even answer the phone. I will never go back to the Pontiac area Wendy’s again. I rate then negative 4 stars
Haven’t been to a Wendy’s in 20 years. Stopped at the Pontiac, IL location on the way home to Chicago. Got the 10 piece nugget. I’ve worked in the F&B industry for over 25 years, so when I know something is wrong, I know. They looked like they had been cooked in grease that hadn’t been changed in 2 or more days. They tasted like they were freezer burnt and just generally “off”. Ate 1 and half of another before I threw the other 8 1/2 away. Minutes later in the car started to get a headache. Two hours later and back in Chicago I had a migraine, shakes, chills, and cramps. I’ll save you the rest. Young man behind the counter looked like he hadn’t showered in a day, and he and the rest of the staff had the same inconvenienced disposition. I understand it’s a fast food joint, in small town America, on Easter… but they are lucky I got sick and not my 2 or 4 year old daughters. Then I wouldn’t be commenting here but calling my attorney instead. Fast food is supposed to be consistent in overall product quality, execution, and experience. If your establishment has poor quality, executes on a level similar to the DMV, and leaves you with a food poisoning experience then you need rebranding with new management or simply closed.
