Stay away!!! If I could I would give them "0" stars. I don't leave reviews unless horrible service/food. And even gave them a 2nd chance....So last yr on veterans day Nov. 11th my daughter had neck surgery after recovery & being discharged she wanted her favorite place Wendy's. So we got her what she wanted. Wendys completely messed up our order missing items, food cold & was doubled ordered/charged on my daughter's order because the lady I guess couldn't get it right even if her life depended on it....when I only asked for one! Then I went inside after checking our drive-thru order & receipt. Mind you she supposedly fixed the double order/charge. They were upset with me for their mistake? Then didn't want to refund me saying their policy is to give store credit...how when I didn't even order double of what I was charged. Then they gave me a refund of cash and not of the full amount & wouldnt give me another receipt. So fast forward a year later an once again....I went last night to try them again and yet again messed my whole order up missing cheese, lettuce & bourbon bacon sauce, onion. Buns not toasted on chicken sandwiches and tasted old & fell apart on first bite...couldn't even eat it. One of the chicken patties didn't look cooked nor crispy like the other 2. Had order 2 Baconators and again items missing on both the npatties were so over cooked dark & dry ...again couldn't eat it. An everything not even hot even the fries weren't full and soggy. The saddest part is the list goes on & they don't care don't tell you their out of items an still get nothing right even after trying to fix it. This place needs a new staff, management once again or they will continue to lose more customers and the store won't make it & be closed down eventually. Sad my daughters wouldn't even eat their food they were so sad they jus wanted cereal an nothing more. Should of just stayed home an all ate creal for their price and bad food/service.
I try not to leave negative reviews, but I was given someone else's order and it wasn't busy. My fault for not checking the bag that was closed with Wendy's stickers. Which I thought was odd bcz I've never ever received an order this way. All food was cold, no butter/sour cream for potato.. I called the store with no answer, either. This definitely isn't the first time this location has made a mistake on my orders so I can't say I'd recommend them anymore. Hope they get things straightened out there.
Two consecutive times my husband and I went to purchase a Dave's Combo meal and it was a disappointment. The first time, we ordered a Dave's Double combo meal and there was no lettuce or cheese, the second time we waiting the drive thru over 20 minutes, the doors were lock and it was only 8pm. We ordered a combo and chili, first they said they were out of cheese and had we not asked about the lettuce, they would have made a dry burger again with no lettuce! Great Customer service would have been to advise us that they were out of lettuce the very first time. Unfortunately this establishment lack Customer service.
Worst customer service ever gave me old food then asked to speak with the manager and she thought it was more important to scroll on her phone instead of getting me some fresh food . Complaint to cooperate and the regional manager. Then when she did finally address me she had an attitude like I was the problem
Food was good I mean Wendy's has quality food and it pretty much speaks for itself! I wish it would of been more fresh and my medium fries actually filled to be a medium size. My container barely had any fries and same for my husband's combo. I ordered the new Classic Jalapeno Popper combo medium size with an upgrade to a Strawberry Lemonade. My husband ordered the Baconator double patties with a vanilla frosty medium size as well. The Jalapeno Popper burger was good with two sides of ranch. Not sure if the ranch helped but my burger did not look like the picture lol! Customer service was basic - we weren't greeted at the window. I'm sure it's the timer and pressure that doesn't help or allow the employees to give their customers the time they deserve. We weren't offered condiments but had to ask for them so just be aware if you want salt, ketchup, or any sides ASK.
So Wendy's food is generally some of the better stuff in terms of fast food. For whatever reason, this location in specific, since its OPENING, has never given me my order right. Whole wrong orders, every time. To the point where I don't even order from here via ubereats/doordash, those refunds are like, limited, you know?? No hate on the understaffed overworked kids in there, foods good. Just double check your order
While enjoying my beautiful apple cranberry chicken salad. I was appalled to find to old brown pieces of salad it. This have been my go to place for Salads. So disappointed .
Most unprofessional and unorganized establishment. The staff practically walks all over manager frida. They joke and play around during rush times. I understand people working have to have a light environment because of the work but there’s a time and place. Drive through line was so bad the manager verbally told a worker to stop taking cash,debit or credit orders and only mobile orders would be taken. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I feel bad for the manager because she seemed to be the only one trying and loosing her mind to organize orders while the staff just took it easy and joked around each other.
I should have look at the reviews before going to this Wendy's. Started with getting my order wrong ok no big deal. But when they start giving attitude on there mistakes thats not ok. I expected better customer service
I ordered the Hot chicken sandwich , which was all hot and no flavor. I didn't like it and took it back. The woman who took my order through the drive thru Said no problem and asked what I wanted...Big Bacon classic i pull up to the window and a woman wearing a Grey shirt I assume she is a supervisor.she asked me what was wrong with the sandwich...i said exactly what I told the woman. She then proceeded to argue with me as if i was wrong and my opinion didnt matter because she goes over to where the burgers are and decides to give me a regular chicken sandwich which i assume was cheaper then the hot honey chicken sandwich . So my complaint is why would a supervisor not give me the burger that I wanted...she didn't care that I wasn't happy nor did she ask me if I even liked the regular chicken sandwich....I'm an adult who paid my hard earned money to get treated like I had no opinion on how my money was to be spent ....and what would it matter if she gave me the burger I wanted both the Hot chicken and the big bacon classic had bacon...but I did not get that on the regular chicken sandwich....for shame to you wendys ...you should demote her for not caring what customers want or say about the food they eat
