The dining room was closed so I went to the drive thru. The dive thru was backed up. The clerk wasn't sure how to accept my coupon so refused to take it. After waiting so long in the drive thru and the clerk refusing my coupon I drove of without placing a order. There is a large sign stating they needed help again. If they put the sign up once again like they did 5 months ago that they were offering a sign on bonus they would get more employees. One of the problems they don't have employees is there pay is $4.00 less a hour than Mc Donald's which is only 6 blocks away! If they paid more they would be able to open the dining room again. Since I was treated rudely and they refused my coupon I won't go back.
Horrible customer service in the drive through. Felt like I was getting messed with because the employee obviously didn’t want to be there. No ice for my drink and dropping my change that could be argued was on purpose, very whack experience and mad disrespectful just wanted some food and I’m obviously not picky.Food: 2/5
Showed up for breakfast the lobby was locked. We called to ask what time it opened, we were told 10am and that they switched to lunch at 10:30. Came back at 10am, still locked. We called back to see if it was still opening, we were told yes. We waited for 10 mins, still no one came to the door. We called back and then they told us that they were switching to lunch and then would be opening the lobby. We wanted breakfast, and would have preferred to be able to sit down to eat. We could have gone somewhere else rather than waste our time.
I pulled up in drive through and wasn't even greeted for several minutes. When I did order the employee was rude and impatient even through I only ordered two items. I ordered my girlfriend nuggets and myself a deluxe burger no cheese because I'm allergic. I left the drive through and went to my girlfriends work to bring her dinner. When I opened up my food it made with cheese. Great now I can't even eat dinner with my girlfriend.
Missing items from drive thru order, even after verbally confirming that was everything. Told by Manager they would make it right by on another visit. Next day the GM refused to honor that commitment. Order taker barley audible. Not to mention the food was cold and the drive is full of pot holes. Generally like Wendy’s but this location is outdated and unprofessional. Avoid.
The store is always closed whenever I want to come eat here and whenever I do deliveries and come here, the store has been closed for about four weeks. Now every single time I come here it’s closed I was told previously by one of the managers that they were never supposed to have the doors closed and locked how ever They are always closed every single time I come here and when I bring it up to them in drive-through, they are extremely rude about it
Staff was really nice when I picked up my order. Food was exactly how I ordered. Pub fries are amazing! Parking: Parking lot is BuMpY. Like really bad. That being said. It&#39;s actually a nice place to sit in your car and eat. Lots of shade.
The customer service here is great! Especially, Ethan, the manager! I highly recommend this Wendy’s because the food is fresh, quick and friendly service and very clean!
The food is good and the staff is nice. A little slow when going through the drive-thru. The parking lot is in horrible condition. You need to be careful not to bottom out your car on a pothole.Food: 4/5
Please fix your parking lot! I got my license 23 years ago, at 16. I’ve been dodging the same pot holes for that long. It’s ridiculous. It ruins our vehicles while the owner just sits and collects $.Food: 3/5
