I Ordered a number 1 with baked potato  Wanted  verything on it and no bacon they gave it to plain. No straw for drink I haven’t been thier in year I don’t known why I went back No fork too Never go back thier.

Today is Mother’s Day so I decided that I was going to treat myself to a classy lunch at a nice restaurant but all of that went out of the window when I randomly remembered that Wendy’s has a limited edition Strawberry Frosty. I also searched and found the Free Frosty key tag that I purchased earlier this year. I pulled up in the drive thru and I ordered myself the spicy nugget meal and a blueberry pomegranate lemonade and a Junior strawberry frosty. I debated in my mind if I should mention the key tag when I ordered but I didn’t. I did make sure to have it in my hand as soon as I pulled up and was told the total. This caused a bit of a problem because they had to void the order and put it back in. Lol extra work caused for some bad attitudes but whatever. Gimme my free frosty! I was excited and pulled in the Target parking lot away from any other cars so I could eat. Surprisingly everything was fresh and hot.  Side note: it’s sad when you are shocked your food is actually good. Get it together Wendy’s!  The lemonade was delicious. The Frosty was good but I’m going to stick with chocolate. The strawberry tasted artificial. Also the Junior cup keeps getting smaller and smaller.  The fries were hot, crispy and salty. And the nuggets were spicy and paired perfectly with the bbq sauce.  I’m only giving 3 stars because this experience is rare. This location normally sucks.

Dining room was dirty, no clean tables and the floor was disgusting. Dead flies in the windows. I had to find a halfway decent table and clean it off myself with a spray bottle of cleaner kindly sitting alone in the dining area. And the air had to be on 40 degrees! Was asked if it was carry out or dine in, I stated dine in, yet they packaged it to go. Poor visit.

So I haven't been to this location in many years.  I don't mind the remodel as every place does it.  I do mind though that the location seems almost geared to only drive through or walk in to go despite having a normal amount of seating.  I get that it's in a busy spot not too far off the highway and next to several shopping locations.  But it just felt like I shouldn't have ate there.  On the good side though the staff were on point even though it was busy and my food came out exactly as ordered.  So I can't say I'll visit all the time but I can say I still trust the food here and wouldn't mind getting it on the way home.

Waited over ten minutes in line, finally got to the speaker to order and waited about five minutes and then someone came out and changed the menu from breakfast to lunch which was fine. It was 10:27 so it was time and still no one acknowledged that I was at the speaker to order. I looked over and saw four employees standing outside, just visiting and still no one took my order. There were about 15 cars behind me in line so I just left.

Terrible! We've been disappointed so many times pulling off and figuring out our order isn't right. Ordered a Dave's double and added bacon. Checked the sandwich before leaving the drive-thru and guess what, no bacon! The young African American girl at the drive-thru was annoyed that we were even checking the sandwich! She wasn't friendly, if your working the drive-thru, you can at least be personable! We knew to check it because they've dropped the ball so many times. She asked for the sandwich back when at the other wendys location they just gave us the bacon because they said it's against policy to take the sandwich back. So which one is it, Wendy's?!! There is one decent employee here that keeps us coming back, I think she's a manager. She's very funny and friendly. Do yall need some stickers to help yall keep track of who added bacon to their sandwich? We shouldn't have to hold up the people behind us because you all lack responsibility!

The food is good, when they're open. Unfortunately, when they are open, the line wait is absolutely ridiculous.  They have some employees who don't give a care and some who are amazing.Food: 2/5

Just left, drive thru announced his screen was froze and by the time it reboots they will be closed. It's 8:58PM on a Saturday. Website says drive thru. closes at 11PM. People are so lazy nowadays smh, poor night management.

Food is usually pretty good, but The wait in line is absolutely stupid. Even if there's not many cars in line it seems like they're just slow still. Maybe pre-Covid staffing issues but still doesn't help when you're on a short time frame. I've recently waited up to 25 minutes from line to food.Food: 5/5

Hospitality is always great, but can you explain why a fast food restaurant is closed at 8pm on a Saturday?  Major disappointment and sure losing money!  Hope ownerships get this corrected!Food: 2/5
