Food was ok. The experience wasn't very pleasant. Went inside to pick up an order that was called in ahead and was ignored by 3 different employees behind the counter that weren't busy just standing there talking to each other and horseplaying. They made eye contact yet couldn't care less about greeting me or trying to take my order. Stood there 10 min before I finally had to say excuse me does someone wanna take my order and then they look at me like I was the rude one. The whole time my food was just sitting there getting cold but noone cared
Food is usually decent but the layout and new ordering system is truly awful. Employees refuse to take your order and direct you to the self ordering kiosks. I actually prefer the kiosks used in some fast food establishments but not this one. These machines are so extremely slow and delayed. You tap a button and wait forever for it to get to the next step. I saw many people just walk away and go elsewhere after dealing with the kiosks.
Been some time since this happened. Visited the store in December, 2022 for lunch on a Saturday. A customer ahead of us had a bird perched on his shoulder. No employees told him to take the bird out. The guys coat sleeve looked like white paint spatter from droppings. I didn't say anything cuz wife didn't want a scene. After the meal I did the online survey and mentioned the bird. I got no response from the survey. Have not been back since.
This Wendy's location has gone down hill. I don't know what is going on, but every time we've gone there in the last 6 months our meals are never correct. We're always needing to either go back or call them. Tonight, I've just had enough. All fries and sandwiches were cold, my fries had pink string in it, we were missing a fry, the Asiago chicken sandwich was missing the majority of the ingredients, another sandwich was made incorrectly. This is what has been happening on a regular basis. If you decide to eat here, make sure you check your meal before you go home. I really hope they get the issues figured out because I like Wendy's and they are ruining it.
People working never seem like they enjoy there job, they all seem like they hate being there and that's something I hate about going anywhere, people that just seem miserable all the time. I'm a ex manager of yesway and I would never hire someone or give them many hours, and if I did they would be in the back or somewhere that the customers wouldn't have to interact them because it's the employees attitude that makes a company and it's business thrive!! I'm way more likely to go back to somewhere that the employees make you feel welcome and not like a nuisance!
Came in today ordered my usual WITHOUT SALT on the fries and when I got the food which none the less was lukewarm and not hot went back and woman cashier argued that receipt showed that I never ordered it this way well if I said it and you didn't ring it up properly that's on you not me it's no wonder this place is failing after the new franchisee took over most the employees are lackluster theres a few that shine through and offer great service though
Order was incorrect, I paid for a Dave's double and got a single with only condiment I didn't want. Cold food and a long wait in line. Used to be fastest drive thru in town. Very disappointed.
Always excellent drive-times in my experience. Never had food missing or anything added or removed from my orders. Staff is consistently friendly and does a great job. I will be returning to this location for sure.Food: 5/5
I can’t believe how slow service has been recently. The last 3 times we have attempted to go through the drive thru, we’ve ended up leaving due to how slow it is. We sit there for 10-15 minutes and only move up 1 spot. Not sure what’s going on but McDonalds has become our new stop when we need a quick fast food run.
