I got my teeth cleaned last week and it was one of the smoothest, easiest visits as a patient. Clean office, convenient location, and easy parking. Very friendly staff and dentist; I felt very welcome! Thank you!
They run generators all night when no one is there and makes it impossible for neighbors to open windows to hot nights with no power. This area shouldn’t be zoned for commercial use. Also one of they employees hit me with their car while pulling out of the lot. YOU ARE IN A NEIGHBORHOOD ACT LIKE IT. these people are the worst go anywhere else for dentistry
I have been seeing Dr. Dill for a couple years now and I have nothing but amazing things to say about him and his staff. Truly a wonderful place. Highly recommend :
Super chill little dentistry. Got my teeth cleaned for $260ish. There was something off about the vibes early in my visits. It appears that they've learned from this, wonderful growth!
If you are looking for a down to earth, personable and comforting experience when it comes to your dental care look no further than Dr. Stevenson and his amazing crew! I always feel comfortable and appreciated as a patient when I come to this office. The staff is super friendly and helpful and Dr. Stevenson really listens and cares for his patients. I’m one for life!
I recently had my first dentist appointment with Dr. Dill, and I have nothing but good things to say about the experience. My routine cleaning was smooth sailing the whole way: my appointment began promptly, the cleaning procedure was very easy on my teeth and gums, and I believe that I was in and out of the office within an hour. One of the best things was that I had a few questions about dental hygiene in general, and Dr. Dill was very helpful an informative to answer my questions. If you are in search of a good dentist, I highly recommend West Ann Arbor Dentistry.
I've been going to see Dr. Dill for about a year now and have actually really enjoyed going to the dentist. West Ann Arbor Dentistry is a great, comfortable, family oriented place which is a nice change of pace from my previous dentist office which had a more corporate feel. Dr. Dill is very pleasant and knowledgeable which made me feel at ease in the chair. His scheduling is really flexible and overall it's just a really great experience. If you aren't happy with your current dentist or are new in town and are looking for one that you can rely on, check out Dr. Dill at West Ann Arbor Dentistry.
Before I started going to this office to see Dr. Dill I went to see Dr. Bacon. Dr. Bacon after awhile retired and the office was passed on to Dr, Dill. I bring this up to stress how good of a job I feel Dr. Dill does. From my perspective Dr. Dill is just as skilled and knowledgeable as Dr. Bacon who had been a dentist for many years. As for specifics the office and back room are very cozy and accommodating. The staff are all very kind and considerate as well. Dr. Dill does a great job of cleaning my teeth and does so in a very non-painful way. many of my friends and family complain that dentists stretch their mouths with Dr. Dill I never have had this. All in all this office and its staff are top notch. I would recommend the practice in a heartbeat.
I am completely and 100% on board with Dr. Andrew Dill. But I can say why. Understanding my pilgrimage will prove my assertion that Dr. Andrew is as good as it gets. This is the dentist you want your daughter to marry. I was a patient of his pops, Dr. Kenneth Dill, going back to 1994. The last few years before his retirement I was becoming less and less satisfied but not enough to switch. His maintenance left a little bit to be desired. So, when Dr. Kenneth Dill retired I consulted with my periodontist, Dr. Michael Krause on a course of action. Over the years I had come to thoroughly trust Dr. Krause for his professional consul. Upon direct query, Dr. Krause was willing to tell me that he too was dissatisfied. He remembered the incident where he told me I had a cavity and referred me back to Dr. Dill. A few days later Dr. Dill examined the tooth and evaluated it as NOT having a cavity. One year later I lost that tooth. Looking back I should have looked to find another dentist but these things are easy to evaluate in hind sight. I have had dental implants from Dr. Krause and was seeing him bi-annually for maintenance while also seeing Dr. Kenneth W. Dill bin-annually as well. Dr. Krause assured me that Dr. Andrew Dill was of the HIGHEST professional dental caliber. He went on with another two or three sentences emphasizing his thought. He then told me that if I didn't want to change horses in mid-stream he could provide for my full maintenance and see Dr. Andrew Dill for restorations. That is what I elected to do. Right away, however, I needed a crown and saw Dr. Andrew Dill for it. When he placed the crown he decided it was not completely right so he sent out to the lab for a replacement and had me come back in a couple of weeks to have the new one placed. I was very much impressed with that since the first crown didn't seem wrong to me in any way. But then the bad news... Dr. Michael Krause suddenly and without warning was called to the other side of the lawn. This was very disturbing to me in that Dr. Krause was a sensible person whom I could trust to give wise counsel being assured it was not for the purpose of building a revenue stream. Dr. Krause was a rare bird for Ann Arbor with his sensibility being perfectly accommodating with my lawful concealed carry, for example. With Dr. Krause' passing it was now beyond my control, I was going to change horses in mid-stream and Dr. Andrew was the clear choice. I can say with absolute assurance that the dental maintenance I am getting from Dr. Andrew Dill's practice is absolutely equal with what I was getting from Dr. Krause. His hygienist knows her stuff makes every attempt to treat any inflamed areas with respect. So, there you have it. I can only speak to my own pilgrimage and experiences. More than likely there are other dentists in the Ann Arbor area that are equally as good as Dr. Andrew Dill. However, I can say with assurance that you will not find any better. You can take that to the bank.
I had been going to Dr. Ken Dill for close to 40 years and after his retirement I started going to his son Andrew Dill, DDS. Andrew Dill, DDS is really great. Very little if any pain even when he gives shots. I'm glad to find Andy because I really didn't want to find another dentist.
