Jennifer nalgoski was my entire family's doctor for two years and was very friendly and professional however be cautious when you are being prescribed mental health medication and know personally what you need because she has a habit of putting people on black boxed medication either by not knowing or by thinking it will all be okay in the end. As a medical professional she should have known better and had prescribed me montalukast while being on the black box list well over 2 years - it being prescribed in 04/2022 - so now I sit here stuck with a very addictive and mind altering substance in my body while also having it also effecting my it's and other major health issues. And causing my seizures to have been getting worse and also having found out its been making my c-ptsd night terror to have been getting worse that ultimately made me needing to be taking more medication when really I could have just been taken off this one medication that have been destroying my body and has quite literally been making me sick. Like I have legit been repeatedly been getting upper respiratory infections as well and might have even had my gallbladder removed due to stomach pains and upper gi upset all because of this one darn medication all because one day doctor decided to not look over the warnings closely enough. Feel free to read the information below. Warnings the drug could cause depression, aggression, and suicide began appearing in the package insert for Singulair in 2008, a decade after the drug was put on the market, but the risks were not generally advertised. According to the FDA, side effects of Singulair and its generics include suicidal thoughts and actions, agitation, aggressive behavior or hostility, attention problems, bad or vivid dreams, depression, disorientation, or confusion, feeling anxious, hallucinations including seeing or hearing things that are not there, irritability, memory problems, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, restlessness, sleepwalking, stuttering, tremor or shakiness, trouble sleeping, and uncontrolled muscle movements. In September of 2019, the FDA held a public meeting titled ‘Neuropsychiatric Events with the Use of Montelukast in Pediatric Patients.’ Montelukast is the generic of Singulair. The FDA provided data showing more than 10,000 nervous system and psychotic events attributed to Singulair had been reported to the agency through their ‘FDA Adverse Event Reporting System.” FAERS is a database where the public and health care professionals can report problems with medication. Some health experts at the meeting believe the thousands of reports represent only a fraction of the actual number of problems experienced by patients. Acknowledging that many health care professionals and patients are not aware of the risk of mental health side effects, the FDA issued a ‘box warning’ for Singulair and its generic Montelukast in March of 2020. A box warning is the agency’s strongest warning and alerts patients that a drug carries the potential for serious side effects or death. Included in the FDA’s warning: Serious mental health side effects have been reported in patients taking Singulair. Because of the risk of mental health side effects, the benefits of Montelukast may not outweigh the risk in some patients. Singulair should be reserved to treat allergies only in patients who cannot tolerate other medicines. Discontinue Singulair immediately if a mental health side effect occurs. And this is just the bare minimum of what I could list. Now keep in mind I was not told any of this what so ever when I started or was offered to start the medication

Have had nothing but positive experiences at the Kewaskum Clinic. Both Carrie and Dr. Anthony are great in the way they listen to you. They work with you and allow you as part of the decision making.

Was at Kewauskum clinic yesterday. Took my elderly sister there for an appointment. Never in my life had I experienced unprofessional person that checked my sister in which is 77 years old and has sreious medical issues. Very rude and in my opinion, just down right mean. This person shoud not be dealing with the public.

I would not recommend Kewaskum Health Center. I was first told that I would be recieving a rapid test online, but I did not. The receptionist, Tiffany was so incredibly unprofessional and rude when I called to ask where to go for COVID testing. She responded, "You just come in the front door and go straight to the receptionist desk." I responded by saying, "Okay, sorry I didn't know if there was a separate area". Then she said, "I don't know what to tell you, we have no where else for them to go." Exuse me? For "them to go?" Insinuating people coming in for COVID testing are just disgusting people!? I will never be returning to this health center again.
