We teach traditional Chinese Kung Fu to all ages in a family friendly environment.
Our training is based in Northern Shaolin Kung Fu, that originates from the mountains of mainland China. We also study and train in the animal styles from Shaolin, including Monkey, Praying Mantis, Southern Tiger, and many others. We also train in the fine art of Chin Na seizing and grappling, Di Tong ground fighting, and Yang style Tai Chi.
The art of Shaolin is a complete style with a full range of techniques to compliment anyone. We welcome all levels of training to join us.
