Had the worst experiences we've ever had with any business. We reached out in 2022, asking to have our woods logged. During this time, we advised them that we were getting married in June of 2023 and were having the ceremony in our woods. We heard nothing until about 3 months prior to the wedding, at which time we reminded them again that we were getting married there in June. At this time we also advised them that the ground leading into the woods was very soft and that they could not run equipment if it was at all wet. Fast forward, after a ton of communication issues to even get the job started, once they started, after several reminders about the wedding and not running equipment when the ground was wet, they drove their equipment all over our property and absolutely destroyed it. They tore up the yard and the trail to the woods. When confronted, they all made excuses, pointed fingers, owned up to none of it and even went so far as to try to blame is, saying we never told them. They avoided us and ignored our calls for weeks. It wasn't until we mentioned we were going to contact Fox 17 Problem Solvers, that they finally returned our call. Jason, who did so, was extremely rude, argumentative and combative, even raising his voice with me on the phone. After a lot of back and forth and threatening legal action, they finally agreed to reimburse us for the expenses we had into fixing the area they destroyed and gave us wood chips to cover what couldn't be fixed in time. It was a ton of added, unnecessary stress leading into our wedding. I share this story in hopes of sparing someone else the headache we went through.

BUYER BEWARE. Bought 700 bd ft random width 8ft long rough cuts red oak. Usually figure on a 25% waste factor not the 50% plus these people sold me. In addition to the sub standard quality of their product they packed a bunch of short cut boards in the center of the bunk. I believe they picked this lumber from the pile that was designated for shredder. The most frustrating part is when I called them they denied the facts and seemed like they didn’t care. It’s bad enough they did it but denying they did it doesn’t say much for their integrity.
